Jen was our server tonight.. she was the most sweetest, generous, caring and attentive server we have ever had!! I have never ever asked to speak to a manager to let them know how good the service was.. but tonight was a first! 😊😊

The bartending manager had been serving multiple people that had a good amount to drink and I had a a break so I went in for a one and done. Went back hours later and than refused to serve me even after she had been serving same set of people's for hours. Afterwards chased me out the building even though I left willingly until I left the property
unnecessarily. It's been more than a good bit of time and got told we reserve the right to refuse service unnecessarily, basically if your not a regular don't expect good or even humane services..

Our waitress Lauren was wonderful. The service was perfect, the food was hot and delicious and Lauren was so kind!

Omg!!! Walked into Applebee's the floor nasty. The services was okay the food absolutely disgusting starting with the spinach and artichoke dip down the blackened salmon and glaric mashed potatoes. The only thing was good was the laver cake and ice cream. What happened Applebee's?

I came into Applebees today with my son, and can I just say. The service from the staff is ABOVE expectation. The server, Sarah, was so sweet and kind. Our drinks stayed full and she made sure to check on us constantly to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She greeted us almost immediately as we were sat. That’s high quality service. Now normally I’d end my review there, but I have to mention the manager on duty, Julia. They ran out of kids menus and my son LOVES to color there photos on there. So he was upset and I’m guessing she somehow over heard, and printed out some kid menus and actually took the time to draw him a photo to color. She is AMAZING. I have never been somewhere with staff like this. Sarah and Julia are diamonds that make apple bees feel like a 5 star establishment. I will highly recommend this place to everyone high and low. Thank you Applebees, Thank you Julia, And thank you Sarah. I will be back

SOOOOOO YUMMY AND GREAT PRICES!

The food was great, but I’m only leaving a 3 star because if Applebees is going to give you smaller portions, they need to drop their prices to match those small portions. I got the Shrimp N Parmesan Sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was supposed to be an 8oz, but there’s no way, it couldn’t had even been a 6oz it was so tiny. The mashed potatoes is usually a big scoop, it was a little dollop, about half what it used to be. I only had one cut of broccoli with maybe 4-5 florets attached to it. The Togo container even looked smaller, so I took out an old one I had to compare them and make sure I wasn’t trippin, it was smaller!! (And before anyone thinks the size of the container may be different depending on what you get, I always get the same thing.) Like I said, the food was great, but it cost way too much to eat out these days to still be hungry afterwards. I’m disappointed.
