If I could leave zero stars I would. The service is horrible and the day time manager should just be a regular worker, she is terrible. Whoever owns this Arby’s needs to check on their store.

I always thought it was funny how this restaurant ALWAYS pulls me forward no matter what I order. After reading the reviews they do this to EVERYONE! And apparently they do NOT CARE how slow they are and are apparently “tricking the system”.
Do NOT eat here if you are in a hurry!!!! It is NOT fast food. And for as long as you wait. I would expect it to taste better too.

The southern “gentleman” at the counter was too busy arguing with another employee to take the order correctly. I thought my name would be called to pick up my order, but this “gentleman” brought it over my table, I said thank You, he said nothing. My sandwich was cold, and it smelled stale. I trashed it and walked out. I will never be back to this place. It once was a great restaurant. I normally do not mind fast food typical service, but it was 14 dollars that. They should take notes from Chik-fil-A.
Got two chicken sandwiches when my husband ordered two fish sandwiches . They were so overcooked it might as well been a leather shoe. The five sprigs of lettuce and tiny dollop of mayo(?) Were pathetic. Sad so very sad. It's lent so what if we couldn't eat meat?

Wa waited for 45mins to get our food. Is really bad service 😕 and they need more workers in the front
For the most part I have had great experiences here. Only a time or two were bad.

I absolutely love this Arby's the staff is extra friendly and very helpful. I've spoken to the general manager Victoria on numerous occasions and she is always super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
It's Sunday, and it seems like the mood is a bit off at Arby’s today. One customer expressed dissatisfaction, requesting extra tartar sauce and noting that their food didn’t match the picture, which led to a compensation request. However, I want to emphasize that the quality of the food is consistently excellent.
The staff, despite the challenging atmosphere, are doing their best to provide a positive experience. While the prices are on the higher side, the flavor and quality make it worth the investment.
Service can be slow at times, but I’ve found that the staff is friendly about 80% of the time, which adds to the overall dining experience. If you're in the mood for good food, I still recommend giving Arby’s a try.
I’m a regular Arby’s customer. If you have a problem, Tori will make it right. I was pleasantly surprised to have my issue addressed by the manager personally.
Ordered Two DOUBLEs and fries for almost 20 dollars. Waited 30 mins didn't have time to check as I was already in a rush. Got robbed and given two classics instead.
