The southern “gentleman” at the counter was too busy arguing with another employee to take the order correctly. I thought my name would be called to pick up my order, but this “gentleman” brought it over my table, I said thank You, he said nothing. My sandwich was cold, and it smelled stale. I trashed it and walked out. I will never be back to this place. It once was a great restaurant. I normally do not mind fast food typical service, but it was 14 dollars that. They should take notes from Chik-fil-A.

Got two chicken sandwiches when my husband ordered two fish sandwiches . They were so overcooked it might as well been a leather shoe. The five sprigs of lettuce and tiny dollop of mayo(?) Were pathetic. Sad so very sad. It's lent so what if we couldn't eat meat?

I absolutely love this Arby's the staff is extra friendly and very helpful. I've spoken to the general manager Victoria on numerous occasions and she is always super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

It's Sunday, and it seems like the mood is a bit off at Arby’s today. One customer expressed dissatisfaction, requesting extra tartar sauce and noting that their food didn’t match the picture, which led to a compensation request. However, I want to emphasize that the quality of the food is consistently excellent.

The staff, despite the challenging atmosphere, are doing their best to provide a positive experience. While the prices are on the higher side, the flavor and quality make it worth the investment.

Service can be slow at times, but I’ve found that the staff is friendly about 80% of the time, which adds to the overall dining experience. If you're in the mood for good food, I still recommend giving Arby’s a try.

Ordered Two DOUBLEs and fries for almost 20 dollars. Waited 30 mins didn't have time to check as I was already in a rush. Got robbed and given two classics instead.

Food is pretty good for an Arby's....howerver....we put in an online order, hoping that we could get home quicker, like most people do with online orders. But when we went to pick up our food from the counter, the woman upfront was already rude. Me and my father who accompanied me, were talking, and she speaks over us in a rude tone and says "here" and points to the food. I ask is that for us? And she proceeds to say "yeah, duh". Now I've been duhd before but never by an employee of any establishment, let alone one who was in charge of speaking to people and taking their orders. This was probably the rudest employee I've talked to.

Just wanted to say, that if you go to this Arby's, don't bother going in. Nobody does anyway and she didn't help the cause
