I absolutely love this Arby's the staff is extra friendly and very helpful. I've spoken to the general manager Victoria on numerous occasions and she is always super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
It's Sunday, and it seems like the mood is a bit off at Arby’s today. One customer expressed dissatisfaction, requesting extra tartar sauce and noting that their food didn’t match the picture, which led to a compensation request. Went to this Arby's in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene as places got power and were opening up. The staff, who had gone through the same storm us customers did, were quick, efficient, and most of all friendly. It was a welcome relief to get a good bite to eat from a friendly place. The staff of Arby's in Simpsonville, SC all deserve a huge round of applause and a raise. Thank you.
