I don’t normally post bad reviews, even if I have a bad experience but consider this more of a warning. Do not eat here. I bit into a chicken sandwich that was RAW in the middle. RAW. There is no excuse.

I don't do fast food often, but anytime I come here the staff is always excellent, probably some of the most friendly crew I've experienced.

Food was ok. 3 different sodas taste like soda water coke, sprite and orange. Told the rep and he didn't do anything but change the lemonade take. Fries not cooked all the way thru. The bad part is they were not even busy! Please go to Chic Fila A and learn thr process. I don't eat Chic Fila A but they set the bar!New fish nuggets were not cooked all the way!

We was at this location today about 3:30 a young blonde girl was taking our order with an attitude..then I ordered the fish basket I received a 3 pice fish no basket I told her I'm not shore where we got mixed up but my order was the basket and she said with an attitude well I asked I said that's what I ordered well can I get the basket now? She went to argue with me that she asked me ..finally I had to raise my voice to get it through her head that it dosent matter can I please just get a basket now so I can go eat she still wanted to argue then she finally got an order of fries on my tray..from the start she was with a attitude I did not appropriate it! Also her fist question was dine in our take out we said dine in then she asked for a name and asked again dine in or out with a attitude..she needs to listen to what people say not trying to think up her next question because that's why she can't hear us ..she really pissed me off today!

Do not go to this Arby's, at least not for dinner. We went around 7pm approximately. I took my family here after work. It was 3 of our children, my wife and I. So 5 total. I ordered 7 of the same exact meals, (to go) because two of my oldest children (young men) were returning from work and just got home. After I paid my wife said that she would prefer to eat at the Arby's restaurant and take our two boys meals home. So I saw the lady (Caucasian) with the headset on, one food preparer (cook), and one lady (African American and extremely sweet attitude and smiling). The African American lady had stepped out, probably for a quick break or something I'm not sure. I asked the Caucasian lady, "ma'am", she said back " WHAT?!!" And very obviously and without hiding it rolled her eyes. I said " would you please put 5 of those meals on trays and 2 in bags we would like to eat here?" She said "Yah, SURE!!" Adding another eye roll and a head shake to go with it! By this point I was highly aggravated. So I said back, kinda firmly, PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Now allow me to paint the environment for you. There were zero customers in the lobby, no cars in the parking lot except ours and the employees. When I finished paying, one car came in drive-thru. I'm 43 yrs old and I do maintenance for apartment homes. I interact with people EVERY DAY, under much more difficult situations alot of times. If you don't like something about someone for whatever reason and your on the job, you STILL speak and act respectful. You can have your attitude when your shift is over. I also worked at pizza hut and McDonald's (two jobs) when I was a kid, I know the basics of the business. When i worked at McDonald's, the owner had a fancy shiny rock sitting near the drive thru window, it was engraved "Rule #1, the customer is always right. Rule #2, if the customer is ever wrong, re-read Rule #1. "Our children were all 3 standing with us overall quietly and behaving. It goes without saying "no, I did not ring the bell by the door ". I hope this woman finds something she likes to do in a area booming with businesses, cause Arby's at five forks off woodruff rd is not it. Sad part is we really liked Arby's.
