Wife went and ordered ice cream. Taste like soap and said something to worker and she said they were trying to get rid of it. Then wanted to argue about it. Ridiculous.

My kids love it here! Great environment, great choices, very clean. (Aurora and Zelda said it was ok for me to share their pic on the review)

Kid-friendliness: They let you try the flavors before buying.

My husbands cone tasted stale and my ice cream was unusually melty... I'm not quite sure what happened this visit but it was quite disappointing :( Staff was great though!

We stopped by Saturday ordered 3 banana splits to go it took at least 20 minutes to make them. Then when they got ready to hand us our order the guy at the window said they were out of lids and asked us if we were ok with them being dumped in a cup. By that time the splits looked like a slush of mess. Only one had a lid on it We asked for our money back, but they gave us an excuse saying no manager was on property. I had to go inside to get my money back for 2 of them. By that time, they said they had found more lids we said no took the 1 by the time we got home the ice cream was completely melted and leaked out into the back and all over the floorboard of my car. We live less than a mile from the place it should not had happened that way. The place is very unorganized and you don't wait until you are completely out of lids or anything else before you go look for them.

No one to manage the place by the time I got my order it was nothing more than a bowl of soupy mush, this establishment is so unorganized.

Brought my daughter here for a simple scoop of ice in a basic simple ice cream cone. Not a waffle, normal cone. The kid that was there was really nice but helping someone in the drive thru.A gentleman walks in from outside and walks in and asked the kid had we been assisted. He NEVER washed his hands.Back to the single small scoop of ice cream. We asked for one for my daughter and one for me.He quoted me almost $9.00?Just imagine the small box of ice cones you buy in your local market.I could have bought 2 containers of ice cream that would lasted 2 weeks at my local market vs going to BR31.Never again!

Ice cream is pretty good! I got the wild sherbet in a two scoop cup pictured below. The scoops are pretty generous! I paid around $4 for the two scoop cup. I also tried the mint ice cream that my brother got and it was okay, I've had better mint ice creams.
