My husband loves a good Italian sub and can be a sandwich snob, but the Spicy Italian at Bertolo’s is a winner. It’s toasty and soft. The meat, you can tell, is quality, and the lettuce is shredded, cold, and crisp. We shared that and a spinach calzone. The calzone is outstanding. I usually only get one type of pizza, so it’s hard for me to judge the other menu items. But honestly, once you find something you love, you tend to stick with it! I always enjoy coming here—the staff is super friendly, and my pizza turns out amazing every time.
