Trying to call the store to inform them that they gave me cold hard tenders , and now I’am at work on the clock ,without nothing to eat on my break . They not even answering the phone. How you do your customer like this , serve them old food ? I wished I read the reviews before I went here. It explain why I was the only car on a Saturday at 3pm in the drive thru . This is not right at all.

They got me again! The service is terrible and the food is always cold. Fries are always over cooked and order is always wrong. We only go there because of the distance from our home. Never again! We will make the drive over to Harrison Bridge Road to that Bojangles. That one is so much better! The old man that runs the location I am leaving this review on gets our order wrong every time. This location will lose revenue from a family of 5.

Food wasn't the best. It was slow in the restaurant they were not that busy. Fries were hard and crunchy. Staff was great just not one of the better Bojangles at the time I went.
There are few things better in life (especially for a hangover) than a nice sausage biscuit and mountain dew! Perfection! Everyone in the drive thru has been friendly and I've had nothing but positive interactions with all of them

Unfortunately, my experiences at this Bojangles location have been consistently negative. The staff often have bad attitudes and come across as rude and unprofessional. It’s clear that their main priority is speeding up drive-thru times rather than providing quality service. Customers are rushed to order without a chance to properly look over the menu. Additionally, the food is usually overcooked, cold, and poorly wrapped. This level of service and food quality is disappointing and needs serious improvement.
