Staff was rude, disrespectful, and laughed at me as me and one of my grandchildren came through the drive-through this morning. I was mortified, called Arthur, the manager, and he said he would speak to the individuals, (so-called employees) about their behavior. I paid good money for a breakfast for my family, and was treated so 😢. I will never go back to this establishment again! And I threw out the food. It wasn't worth the humiliation, and disrespect for no reason.

Worst experience ever. Didn't even have the opportunity to order. Employees never attempted to greet nor take our order. Cussing and goofing off with each other. Once an employee finally came over to register, he still never addressed us and kept talking and messing with the employee next to him. My son started just to say what he wanted, and the employee interrupted him to keep talking to the other employee. We turned around and left.

Went here at lunchtime right at noon and was told that they did not have any chicken ready. How in the world does a chicken place not have any chicken ready at noon?

Well they did it to me again. I got old stale hard fries. Thank you so much for teaching me a lesson. I can't trust any bojangles from now on. I called the number on the receipt last time and got a call back with an apology. I can see that it done no good. Good bye bojangles. I'll starve first before I go to any of your locations.

Went to get some chicken on a Friday night I was the only one in the line. I ordered a 12 piece with a small fry and rice bowl. I asked for specific pieces. And had to wait over 30 mins. Even though I was the only person in line. Once I got home the chicken was hard and seasonless. The rice bowl was dry and my fry’s were luke warm. Again I was the only one on the freakin line. And when I called the next day the manager that was there literally argued with me. And only offered to give me 3 legs and a large fry. For a 55 dollar meal. I don’t see myself returning to bojangles for a long time.

I was looking at the guy who made my sandwich. He wasn't wearing gloves, he was holding bread with one hand the the pickles with the other one. And then after heade the sandwish he siped he's hand with the towe the one they used to wipe the kitchen table. 🤮 I took the sandwich and I threw it at the garbage. Never come back!

My order was stolen but when I called up there they had amazing service on the phone and were extremely helpful. Best service I’ve had

This is the World's Fastest Bojangles. Seriously. I've even changed my route to work to include this store vs others in the area. Even today the drive through speaker was down and you had to order at the window, immediate service took less than 2 minutes!
Workers are courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! Food it on point!

Tried this location about 3 or 4 times over the past month and by far the worst, out of all 3 times my food has had something wrong with it weather the chicken not cooked correctly or cold the bo rounds are alway cold and stale as if they sat out all night and my order usually placed 7:30am how can you have stale food 1st thing in the morning? Lucky there is a chick fil a and Hardee's almost right across the street neither have had a bad order in the same time frame

Haven’t been into a Bojangles in years, and since I was already in the area, I wanted to eat here. Came into the drive-thru, and the worker was extremely nice, explaining the menu to me. I got the chicken tenders with biscuits and a couple of sides. I came up and paid, and they told me to pull around up front. I didn’t see them go to the car after 10 minutes, so I assumed they got insanely busy and forgot about me, and I honestly was okay with it because they were working so hard, so I came in and got my food. They gave me extra food for the inconvenience, and it was really good. It wasn’t the cleanest place in the world, but they do sell good fried chicken!
