Absolutely horrible service. Food is sub par. Every time I've ever got anything here it came to me cold. You really shouldn't be out in the dining area on your phone while wrll over half the tables were dirty. The young man was on his break but the girl wasn't. Also, is it really sanitary to be serving customer's food when your weave is almost dragging the floor? Seriously, this behavior is completely uncalled for. This bojangles has a lot of potential because of the location, but it will never succeed because of the staff they have running it and inability to actually care about their jobs and what they're there to do.

This store is nasty. I understand the food industry but the GM doesn’t care. You can tell from the cleanliness to the order accuracy to how he lets his employees act. Create a better culture and people will work for you. It takes hard work but find someone willing to do the hard work.

I bought from here last Sunday ( im a little late on review ) I've never had Bojangles as good as I did! All the food was fresh (fries were a little to salty) but over all go on a Sunday early afternoon! The best yet! Keep your food fresh, cut back the fry seasoning just a tad and you guys beat all other Bojangles hands down!

This location is terrible. The slowest service every single time. There will only be 2 or 3 cars in line and it’s still a 20 minute wait. Most of the food is in a hot bar, there really shouldn’t be extensive wait times if it’s being run properly.

I had not look a place so dirty cups were under the counters and employees are eating in the moment at the moment, I’m talking to them with his her mouth all messy with Gracie the serving the wrong food because we asked for and pay for different food and they serving whatever they want was better. Don’t ask again because we don’t know what are we expecting after?

Every time I've ordered online they don't even realize there's a ticket until I get there to pick it up. Then I'm stuck here waiting an extra 15 minutes waiting for my food. Poor service, no awareness, and somewhat disrespectful when you go in.

When fast food isn't fast, it doesn't deserve to exist anymore. The line started at the speaker. I was in line for a full 5 minutes then another 7 waiting at the window. Thanks for making me rethink my choices and go home to eat something healthier that I'd already paid for.
