Went thru the drive thru Saturday morning and ordered 5 biscuits and got home and only received 4. The lady at the drive thru was kinda rude. 15 minute drive home and didn't feel like driving 30 minutes round trip to get a biscuit. So let my son have mine and I went without a biscuit. Fries were not fresh at all.

This places needs to step up a little more. The food was good. But let me tell you this lady was out in dining room changing trash. Now I know at 7am they have not had that much business. It's the lazy people on 2nd cause this is terrible.

I did not actually get a meal. Pulled up at the drive-thru at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and they did not have any chicken sandwich meat. Then I ordered your new bobites and they didn't have any sauces they were rude and uncaring about the way they handled customer service. Now I know why there was nobody at your restaurant and Culver's had a line all the way out to the street. I stayed at Culver's that day and Will from now on

TERRIBLE LOCATION. Got all the way home and had to go back cause I didn't have everything I paid for. There was something in the bottom of the cup of tea. Husband didnt see it until he drunk it.

Came to pick up an online order. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that the manager “Nick” advised would only take 5 minutes. They parked several cars and one of the customers from the drive thru came in and advised he had now been waiting 30 minutes. “Nick” the manager advised “very rudely” “You can get your money back. He never apologized or tried to accommodate the customer. Very poor managerial skills. Horrible customer service.

Recently went here orderd grilled chicken and fries and chicken and vegetables and got 2 orders of fries instead of any vegetables and had to wait 30 minutes they fried my chicken and spent 25$ didn't even get what i wanted overall bad place to go out 1/100 never going here again
