When fast food isn't fast, it doesn't deserve to exist anymore. The line started at the speaker. I was in line for a full 5 minutes then another 7 waiting at the window. Thanks for making me rethink my choices and go home to eat something healthier that I'd already paid for.

I'm been several time since they have been under new management and there has been a big change. The food is much better and the staff is better as well !

My family went there before 6 pm and we had to wait for them put down 20 pieces of chicken, they had no Mac / cheese...no biscuits. They ran out of all food products. Several workers thought it was a joke that they ran out of food at the same time. That's not a good way to run a business. Their were several other customers waiting on the food. Some of the workers had headphones on while on the job and not really working. It maybe it was a bad night but I will try again another night hopefully it will be better. We had 20 pieces of chicken (hot) Mac/ cheese (warm) Beans (warm) Mashed potatoes & little gravy (warm) Biscuit (warm,)

I went through the drive thru and ordered my food (chicken bites). The young lady asked me to pull up cause they were cooking. 25 minutes later, I go in to check on my order, and they NEVER put it down. I asked for my money back and left and have not gone back.
Food was fresh and hot. Has to wait but it was freshly made and delicious.

This location along with most other Bojangles locations in the area is extremely substandard. You can’t understand the unprofessional way they talk over the speakers at the drivethru, quality of the food is off, speed of service is off and the reason is simple. The district manager for these locations is terrible. I say this because I have spoken with him and when you tell him something that happened at one of his locations he just uses excuses. It is easy to spot the issue is with the leadership. I travel for work and I can tell you first hand Bojangles in NC, VA and other places I have visited are far superior. Recently on trips to NC and VA I noticed that they still use the microphone to call out the orders. Here nah they don’t do that anymore. Fire the DM and you could maybe get these locations back in line with the rest of the company.
