A year ago, this location was on of the most consistent Bojangles in the Upstate. Lately, service and food quality has declined. Today was my last stop here as the experience on my last 3 visits were awful. Cold food, product out of stock, dining room doors locked on occasion during business hours, and rude staff.

Got mad at me because I payed for a large drink n then gave me a small cup n then told me I couldn’t just pay for the small cup very shitty service never again

The main door was locked had to go around building to get in. We stood there for over seven minutes before someone came to take our order. I think the door was locked to discourage people from coming inside to order.
Food was good and hot. Except the apple crisp, I didn't like it. Tasted like canned apples.

Unfortunately this morning I had a very unpleasant drive-thru experience. The AI kept pushing add-ons, and when I declined, an employee came on the mic and rudely said, “Okay then if you’re done pull around.” Very unprofessional and disappointing. Management needs to do better.

Ordered a sausage biscuit, waiting ij drive thru for 8 minutes before someone took mu order. Sausage was brunt crispy and I tossed it. Surprised they served it, unusual as this place is normally good.

Hello, I am going to give you a SHOUT OUT Nijarica. You are the first person that is young and has the best attitude at a drive thru. She said hello and asked me how I was doing today? She had a smile on her face. This is what made my morning she said thank you at the end. RESPECT!!!!! Proud of you and never stop smiling. Thank you Bojangles for having a cashier that loves her customers and knows what it means.

Automated drive through now no more humans when placing your order. Pulled up to pay the cashier, the cashier didn’t even say hello or thank you, just said what I owed. Fries and biscuit were great chicken leg and thigh were beyond small, dry and disappointing.

I have 2 complaints about this place. 1st of all the light skinned girl with the curly hair, black neck, and 2 big backs at the drive thru had a very nasty attitude. She was mad because they ran out of ice tea at the drive thru and had to actually move (walk) to the lobby to get the tea. Then she gave me a cup with tea running all down the side of it. My 2nd complaint is when I asked for a honey mustard, she said it's 42 cents with that same attitude, as if I cant afford 42 cents, but I just spent over $15. Although I didn't buy chicken, (I got breakfast) I feel that a complimentary honey mustard would have been nice after spending $15. I won't be back. Bojangles please do better. 🤦‍♂️
