This used to be a Great Bojangles with great fresh hot food and amazing customer service. Something has changed drastically in the past few months. Customer service is poor, food quality is extremely low. Even today, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, the drive through person barely said a full sentence and one of our egg and cheese biscuits had NO eggs. The bo rounds were chewy and not fresh.

I’ve been here 3 times, and each time they told me it would about 5 minutes for my food, all 3 times after 15 minutes they admitted to forgetting my order. This place is never even busy, how can they forget one of the only orders they have, each time?

Just went through drive thru and ordered family meal with mashed potatoes and rice and added an extra large side of coleslaw. Just got home and got rice, mac and cheese and no coleslaw. Not happy that I paid extra for something just to go home and find out that I didn't get it. I literally was the only one in the drive thru. Not sure how that was a confusing order but obviously it was. Won't be returning.

I asked for bo berry biscuits and they said they don’t have any right now and I say you mean you don’t feel like making some right now and I ask for bo cookies and to be made fresh as well and they said we have some ready all ready.
