Did I say Horrible? I love Arby's but I will pass by this one from now on. Our sandwiches were cold we sent the cold dirty grease fries back for hot ones, and had to go to the counter to find out why we hadn't gotten them after waiting 15 min. The child behind the counter that took our order asked us for a receipt like we were trying to get some free dirty fries. The tea taste like they added water to stretch it til the end of the night. OMG the dining room was filthy. Someone came out to wipe the tables but didn't bother sweeping all the trash off the floor or pushing the chairs under the tables. But they were behind the counter chatting and joking it up. Well now I know to stick to the Five Forks location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of the employees here. Most fast food places have less than stellar service but the employees here seem like they enjoy their job and are pleased to serve you.
