Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Was in line at Brewsters at 10 o’clock last night. Pulled up to put in our order and they announced they were closed. This is very poor business practice.

Got the pistachio and butter pecan ice cream and it was so good and they were so nice

A great place for homemade ice cream. Our favorite place!

I'm a big fan of Bruster's Ice Cream and especially this location because they always have a large selection of flavors. Especially ones I like!!!

Love stopping by for a scoop or two! Ice cream is always fresh and on point at this location. Staff is incredibly kind and professional. ?

Vegetarian options: Certain ice creams are made with oat milk or no cream at all

Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options!!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream. Plain and simple!

They try to get you to GUILT TIP by handing you a receipt to sign for credit card payments and fill in the tip & total. What the? I'm not going tip for doing the job they're paid to do. They aren't waiters & waitresses. They just scoop a spoon of ice cream. That is not a tippable place. Tipping is out of hand in this country. Just don't. There's no reason to even ask for a signature. We use credit cards every where and don't need to sign. And I know they don't have to because I HAVE been there and they didn't make me sign. No consistency.

Stopped by to get a delicious strawberry shortcake but didn’t because someone forgot to order the cake for the weekend rush. Where do they get these people who don’t know how to manage a restaurant. So pissed!

Porq son tan deficientes para tomar una orden? Si uno les pide un sundae con con chocolate encima, porq te sirven un helado de chocolate. Siempre es lo mismo, te venden lo que a ellos les sale de sus ganas y no lo que el cliente les ordena. Es la segunda vez, tenía tiempo sin ir pero les di una oportunidad, perdí mi dinero. Definitivamente tienen mucho mucho mucho que aprender de Anthony's.
