Porq son tan deficientes para tomar una orden? Si uno les pide un sundae con con chocolate encima, porq te sirven un helado de chocolate. Siempre es lo mismo, te venden lo que a ellos les sale de sus ganas y no lo que el cliente les ordena. Es la segunda vez, tenía tiempo sin ir pero les di una oportunidad, perdí mi dinero. Definitivamente tienen mucho mucho mucho que aprender de Anthony's.

flavorless ice cream and milkshake. mint chocolate chip ice cream had no flavor. it tasted like cream. The chocolate milkshake was also very bland. it was disappointing to say the least. we won't be back. customer service was good. though they brought chocolate chip and it had to be corrected to mint chocolate chip. no big deal but worth a mention.

Waffle cones had no point in the bottom and shattered. Girlfriends ice cream was freezer burned, staff mixed up sizes. Won't return.

My order was wrong but I had came close to closing time and didn't want to go back and fix it. Ice cream wasn't amazing, it was just regular and over priced in my opinion. Taste like something you can buy at the grocery store. The line was kind of long for it to be so late and there were people sitting in the front of the restaurant waiting as well.

I’ve tried this place a couple of times and sometimes they hit the mark but this time they completely failed. I ordered a turtle sundae and what I got was a ton of chocolate syrup, a ton of pecans, and a cup full of cool whip. I didn’t have but a spoonful of ice cream. I couldn’t eat it and I was disappointed because I paid $7 and gave a $3 tip. So I basically threw $10 away. However they are friendly.

So you go online and choose the specific location, and they have allll these great flavors. Then go to the actual location to pick up, just for them to say they actually don't have it and you wasted your time. Pathetic.
