I ordered a 3 musketeer roll , it was nothing like the description . There was no avocado they used lettuce and possibly 2 types of fish but definitely not 3 .

Ramen had good flavor, sushi burger was good as well, Fries were perfection. Roll was tiny and definitely underwhelming. Overall, this is a great spot and blows the GVL location out of the water in terms of food and service.

Tried it three times. They charge high end sushi prices for very bland sushi. It's got the flavor of Publix sushi while charging higher than irashai (which deserves its price point). My sister in law was feeling sushi recently and insisted we retry. Needless to say her, her significant other, me, and my fiance were all still very disappointed. I was extremely excited for a decent sushi joint in simpsonville and still have to drive to woodruff and beyond bc we still don't have one here. Save your money and thank me later.

I stumbled on this place after a morning shopping at Belks and Home Depot. Basically I was trying to avoid deep fried meat and thought I'd grab lunch. Sushi Burger seemed like a weird name. But I went for it...And OMG! The Shrimptastic burger changed my life! I skipped the bun and got the lettuce wrap--my taste buds are STILL vibrating. Also, there's a great value lunch special, too--two rolls and a salad that you can add shrimp or sashimi to... But get the shrimp burger--you will not be sorry!

I have an allergy to avocado, they were happy to accommodate me and make all the rolls I ordered without it. They lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful and the food was ridiculous. Some of the best sushi I've ever had honestly.

The sushi was really really good!! I tried one of their sushi style burgers, it was delicious, could've used a bit more sauce on it but I really liked the creativity of it. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner with a group of 15 and they did a good job of setting up some little decorations for it. I would definitely come back!

My husband went to Chef 21 on a rare date night without our three kiddos. The service was so friendly. I loved the atmosphere and the comfy booth/table setup. The sushi was fresh and delicious. We loved the birthday cake glitter shot. Everything was great. The food was a little pricey, but it was definitely worth it.
