New Harrison Bridge location was designed by drunk monkeys. Seriously ….2 registers? No extra seating for 3x the normal size and drive through is a hot mess. Cold food at Main Street location and now this one is total trash too. We won’t be back. Dang … Matt Webber this was a HUGE swing and a miss. At least there is any great Culver’s across the street.

Me and my son's fav fast food chain. He's happy the play area is open now cause he loves it, of course! The food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I also get the same thing a Chick-fil-A sandwich combo and it's bangin. I always get Dr pepper and it's quite tasty as well. There's no place like Chick-fil-A. You gotta eat there. So GO-GO hurry come on get up go hahaha 😋

Been dining in here with my family for 2 years. This location goes more and more down hill with each visit. The staff every time we come in you can see all merged together in the back, talking, ignoring waiting customers. Once they come and take orders they mess up multiple customers orders. Not 1 specific member, multiple staff members. Multiple visits they forget items I ordered. When I show my receipt for proof they say they make it ..make no effort to attempt to deliver it to the table NOR call out once it's done. I have to walk up there to, yet again, all the staff crowded in the back talking, with my food at the register cold. They look frazzled when customers pick up. I 100% can understand an instance where this happens once. This is the 3rd time. We no longer dine at this location.

Lunch time today, 11.26.2024 . Ordered lunch, black woman, maybe a manager wearing a black and white striped shirt takes my order. She says," We have a lot of white guys in here today". I said," Thank You. Took my food and left. Chick-fil-a needs to post a note on door when black manager is there ---- not serving white guys today----

This makes two or three different times that I have been to Chick-fil-A in different locations and I either do not get the salad dressing that I want. I get the wrong kind of chicken on my salad lately. Nothing has been right.

The issue that I had was not with the food but with a member of the drive thru staff making a caddy and unnecessary insult. I was not rude or disrespectful in any manner and literally said nothing as I waited patiently in my car. But with my window down by the drive thru window I could over hear her remarks. Not very Christ-like behavior for a company proclaiming to be founded on biblical principles.
I love Chick-Fil-A I usually always come to this location and no complaints, but this morning however when I’ve earned enough points for a free item they choose to give me a hard as$ biscuit so I’m eating the chicken no biscuit

Always fast friendly service with good food. They bring your order to your table. Salads are big enough to take home for another meal.
Vegetarian options: I'm only aware of their salads ... Just hold the meat.
I went to your restaurant this week with my granddaughter. We had our meal inside. They helped us to the table with our drinks since I needed a highchair. Almost immediately a worker brought a placemat which was very helpful. My granddaughter then dropped her drink and it was cleaned up immediately and refilled with another. We were asked several times if we needed anything and all the workers were so polite and courteous. I wanted to thank everyone for their kindness and professionalism. I am adding a photo because she was wearing a “cow” outfit! Eat more chicken!
