Overall I have never really had an issue with this location, but today I don’t know what happened. I ordered food for work and when I got to work, I took my first bite and my spicy deluxe had a brunette hair in it. It wasn’t a small hair either. I almost threw up because the length was just crazy. They don’t make it easy it easy to contact the restaurant about it either. I won’t be eating it and will be bringing t back to the restaurant tomorrow when I get off work

Visited this location this evening 10/8 at 6:41pm and was the worst take out decision ever. Ordered grilled chicken meal. The bottom roll was hard as a brick!! I want my money back! Food quality has gone down. Shameful! I’m done with this location. Don’t go. No quality control.
After waiting in-line inside for 15 minutes they gave me the wrong food. I drove 4 miles up the road and came back after I noticed my order was wrong. Had to wait in-line again for 15 minutes. Took another 20 minutes to get my food. Asked for the other food that was wrong a trashed it in front of me. Never offered to pay for my food for my inconvenience of waiting and coming back. While I was inside waiting someone hit my vehicle in their parking lot. They wouldn't let me look at the video of my car being damaged to see if a plate number was visible from the vehicle hitting my car. They made me call the authorities because they couldn't ? I waited over an hour for the city to come but found out they transferred it to the Highway Patrol. I finally left with no help or I'm sorry. I repaired my vehicle out of pocket cause the repair was approximately $25 over my deductible. I won't be back to that place again.

Ordered food with wife last week. Short blonde guy with a name tag jace and bigger tall guy next to him having very nasty comments we over heard about some world issues. Food took nearly 20 minutes.
