It’s sad. Came in ordered for dine in. After seeing 2 families come in after us get their food had me wondering where my family’s was. When we ordered multiple times Dine in was stated. After about 20 minutes after I ordered. I walked up to the front. Noticed that my order was sitting in to go bags in the mobile order area. No name called. Nothing. No playground for kids to play at so kids were running around dining hall.

The absolute worst Chic-fil-a I have ever been to. Went in to order so the young lady at the counter just ignored me totally and kept messing with drinks. Never said hi or I will be with you in a moment. So I stood there waiting and never got waited on. Good help is hard to find even at Chick-fil-A nowadays Terrible

Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!

This is the only location in the upstate of SC where you can get ignored by 3-4 different employees while you need a refill on your drink. It’s as if they are trained to ignore you. Happened to me on more than one occasion and I watched today while I was there it happen again and again. Also I know there will be a response that will likely attempt to invalidate my comment. Honestly any time I have talked to someone at the Webber locations about an issue they have always been hateful. So I am sure it’s coming on my review as well.

Just plain horrible! I ordered 2 cookies and cream milkshakes for a dessert. Mind you the place closed in almost an hour.. it was a mobile order. I get there to pickup with only 2 other vehicles in line & we waited for almost 10 mins only to find out they served me a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup at the bottom. I mean whether by mistake or if they messed up my order intentionally a decent person would’ve at least given me a plain vanilla shake! I’ve yet to receive a refund! One of the worst chikfilas in the county.

I hate to say this as I have never had a bad chicken cool wrap from chick-fil-a but today I was severely disappointed after ordering a trusted menu item on my short lunch break. Once I got back to work I realized they did not include the avocado dressing that comes with the wrap:( Then I started eating and the taste was much worse than the many cool wraps I have eaten before, so I began to pick apart the wrap to at least eat the chicken. That’s when I noticed much of the lettuce was bad :( I was very disappointed as I wasted money on a lunch I could barely eat.
Hit or miss location. 3rd strike for me. not eating here anymore. Line wait time is becoming longer than usual compared to other locations, I get biscuits without the chicken and the quality of the biscuits were horrible twice as if they jus pick the bad batch , a good 3-4 times I got the wrong order, items with chicken in it , a missing item, and today another missing item( this was the last strike bcuz it was a mobile order and the free item I had bcuz of points wasn’t in the bag) . Customer service still remains great but go there 5 days out the week there will be days they don’t do well

Visiting the area and used the drive thru. Shame other restaurants can't learn from Chick-fil-A on how to operate. Order was taken at the beginning of the drive thru line. Food was actually brought to me before the window! And it was nice and hot! Strongly recommend!

I placed an order through the drive-thru and the order was missing mail ingredients from the sandwich. I called back to the store and I was told they'd load a replacement sandwich to my account in the app. A week has gone by and after contacting customer care and this location again I still haven't received my Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich and am just being given the runaround. They didn't honor what they claimed they'd do to make it right. I'll take it on the chin and move along but I definitely won't be back to this location.
