I ordered a cobb salad and it had NO chicken nuggets. I paid $9 for mostly lettuce, gross! I ordered right at 940 on 12/13. I got home and they were closed. I wasnt able to eat it with just lettuce because why? I went hungry tonight :( I dont understand why the chicken was not given?!?! Isnt that the entire point of the salad? Really frustrated and upset.

I am only writing this review because of Taylor. We eat at Chick-fil-A a lot, and we usually have mediocre service. Taylor was the nicest, she talked to us, I explained to her why I drink soda water. She was very attentive. They need more people like her at most customer service businesses.

Chick-fil-A Simpsonville is elite. I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. The people are nice, the drive-thru is efficient, the food is always right… honestly this location is running like the Chick-fil-A Olympics 😄
My ONLY “complaint” (if you can even call it that) is that one time the cookies weren’t ready at like 7am… but also, why am I out here trying to buy chocolate chip cookies before the sun is even fully up??? 😂
They’re basically protecting me from myself at that point.
Either way, still 5 stars. Still obsessed. Still coming back tomorrow. My pleasure.

As far as fast food is concerned, Chick-fil-A is always well, the fastest. They’re consistent. You know what you’re getting every time. Yea let’s Rest is the only one in my area that still has a play place. It’s small, but the toddlers have fun.
I love Chick fil a and I am giving 3 stars because the food is still good. But the location and drive thru have me staying far away from Chick fil a. I have been in the drive thru 3 times since it opened. I have never been through the line in less than 25 minutes. Today the mobile line moved way faster than the drive thru. They gave 3-5 mobile orders before they gave 1 in the drive thru line. That is a huge problem when the drive thru line has double the cars and we have been sitting there for 25 minutes.
Getting into the location, I was almost hit by 3 cars. I was going in from the left and cars were exiting 3 ways as I was coming. Then as I left, I turned left to get out and I had to wait for minutes to turn left. This location needs to do something about the entrance onto Harrison Bridge because of the amount of cars on Harrison Bridge. It needs to do something about the drive thru situation. I never had to wait this long in the Fairview location and I went there every week.

I walked into this location at 10:27 with my 2 year old son for breakfast. When I got to the counter to order the worker told me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 - which shouldn’t have mattered because it was 10:28. The worker was extremely rude, and could not have been any less accommodating. Unquestionably this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at CFA, and will never visit this location again due to the absolutely horrendous customer service.
