Service was slow food was ok the mangers kids where there showing there ass the whole time I ordered a beer that I couldn't even drink and was still charged for it the bathrooms where absolutely nasty and the prices for what you get and the atmosphere is a joke this is the last time I will visit this location for this place to even be in business is a shock to me.

This is actually a very modern looking Chilli's, i was surprised with the design inside, .. it looked new and modern and clean The service was friendly but a little scattered, almost inexperienced, but they certainly did their best . I was pleasantly surprised with their food as I would not be a big fan of Chillis. But I'd definitely come here again

dirty cup. they gave me and my family SINK water. STRAIGHT from the sink and it TASTED like nasty water. You usually can’t taste the sink in the water in normal restaurants. but this one; oh my days. it tasted like TOILET WATER. My buns were overcooked. Do not go here and order water i’m WARNING you. The guacamole, oh boy, i usually don’t complain but how do you mess up guacamole. it was BROWN and FLAVORLESS minus the dirty water taste. awful mix and make.

Enjoyed a family night out and can’t speak highly enough of our server Tinsley! Always a win using Chilis rewards to get free chips and salsa. I went with the guiltless menu and ordered the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and garlic butter! 😋 Played tic-tac-toe with my daughters and no, I didn’t let them win! 🇺🇸

Should have known when we got to the entrance door and saw a (B) rating for health inspection floors were dirty and tables I ordered the triple dipper got sliders which were bacon cheeseburgers and only had a few crumbs of bacon ,the mozzarella cheese sticks were ok the chipotle tenders were tough will not go back way overpriced for the value of the food

I ordered this on a very busy weekend, so I understand that you can't get the best service, especially when you're picking up. I don't know why, but it took a long time to get the order, and they were out of the bigger bags. So I made a few more trips to my car than I usually would have,also everything was a little bit cold or stale tasting and I usually love the food! Just my humble opinion, but I think it was just a very busy night for them. I will continue to go there, though. They usually have good service and good food.

I attempted to use gift card that I received for purchases made for gift cards for my family fo Christmas, but I they didn't work. The waitress said she would speak to the manager and said it was not actived and they could not be actived. The manager did take off the remaining amount from my bill. I am a regular customer at this location and typically very satisfied with the experience, but this distresses me because I bought a lot of gift cards and by doing so I have shown my loyalty to your restaurant and also as a way to invite my family to also become customers.

Interesting…how does an order get canceled without and actual order?!!!!! The time before this one anything I PAID extra for left off the order. The time before that the manager was so rude about a mistake their kitchen made I literally just asked my money back! Chilis Simpsonville you should really take a hard look at these negative reviews. We can’t all be wrong.
UPDATE: Jackie the “general manager” called me back today to advise me that because I chose to order delivery online that it was out of their hands. Which is completely understandable to a certain extent. However, because I gave Jackie a difference of opinion she decided to tell me that I potentially could be a thief and that I needed to call DoorDash to get my money back. Jackie that is not nice or a proper response to your paying customers. It’s above me now Jackie.

Brutal place to eat. The waitress was horrible. Ordered 2 lemonades and asked for a cup of ice with mine and after waiting 20 minutes for a cup of ice i just got up and walked over to the bar and asked for a cup.
Wife Ordered steak medium and it came well done. I ordered steak fajita and the steak was all fatty and couldn't even chew it with all the fat.
Waitress didn't even come over once to ask if everything was OK.
Will NEVER eat there again, just terrible.

If you can’t properly staff, then shut down the place!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Took us 40 minutes to be seated with lots of empty tables and booths. Then another 35 minutes to get a damn burger & fries. We will never be back!!!
