I went to Coco Bowls this morning to grab a smoothie for a friend and honestly had a pretty bad experience. The girl working was on a personal phone call the entire time she made my smoothie, which took about 15 minutes. There was no music playing, so I could hear her whole conversation, and it just felt really unprofessional and awkward. Not sure who manages this place, but I think the customer experience could definitely be better.

I paid for extra granola and nutella on my bowl and did not get any extra. The fruit didn’t look or taste fresh . Disappointed. This was like a $20 bowl. For that price I want to be happy. When it was at the old location I went in all the time and the quality and accuracy was spot on.

I used to go to the old location on woodruff at least twice a week. When they changed locations things went downhill. I rarely write reviews unless something is consistently bad. I’ve tried multiple times now including today. I even tried a different type of smoothie to see if that helped. The smoothies aren’t good anymore . The ingredients don’t taste fresh, the smoothies are watery and bitter . This will be my last time at this location which is a shame because I loved to pop by after the gym. Also, sorry to the employee that is always there when I come but there’s zero effort at customer service either . Just a bummer .

This place was awesome before they moved locations. I’ve been a regular for about a year now, but for my orders the past couple of weeks a) the order is never ready despite the space being empty with the girl behind the counter just staring into her phone, and b) fundamental ingredients have been missing from my smoothies. Hoping I see a change soon, but I’m not going to give them many more chances honestly.
Makiya was very cheerful and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and patient while allowing me to sample to confirm my selection. The unforgettable bowl was just that!!! RECOMMENDABLE

I really appreciate the level of service I get when visiting this location. I drive almost 30 min out of the way just to go. There is another location in Simpsonville that is closer to me, but I prefer this one, because the team is always pleasant and professional and I appreciate that.

Parking: Parking is always available.

I ordered online at 12:00 pm and i arrived at 12:15 and they said that they didn’t have my order but my friend had ordered too and sent me a picture of my receipt printing and sent it to me because she thought it was ironic that we were both there. So when i went inside they said they didn’t have my order even though i had placed it for that location and had even gotten a picture of my receipt from my friend so then they made me late and I did finally get my order but they had me waiting for 30 minutes and i didn’t even get an apology or refund. not good service. will not be returning.
