We were greeted by the sweetest worker in the world. It was our first time there, and she never rushed us at all. She gave great suggestions and we loved what we ended up with. I can’t imagine her fitting anything else in the bowl, it was absolutely as full as it could be. It was wonderful, and my daughter and I will definitely go back!

I was going here to order smoothies multiple times a week. NO MORE. I just placed an order on the app. and somehow my order went to Duncan. I’ve never been to the Duncan cococowlz! I walked into the five forks location where I order ALL THE TIME and explained what happened. They said they couldn’t do anything, and if I wanted something I would have to order there. $17 for a smoothie?! No. Fix your app. and your customer service!

Asked for a bowl with the fruits kiwi, banana, and pineapple but I did not get the pineapple that I asked for even though they repeated the order to me with the pineapple said in my order. It’s still a very good place to eat but needs more staff and better service. Do recommend but make sure to check your order before leaving.

I went to Coco Bowls this morning to grab a smoothie for a friend and honestly had a pretty bad experience. The girl working was on a personal phone call the entire time she made my smoothie, which took about 15 minutes. There was no music playing, so I could hear her whole conversation, and it just felt really unprofessional and awkward. Not sure who manages this place, but I think the customer experience could definitely be better.

I paid for extra granola and nutella on my bowl and did not get any extra. The fruit didn’t look or taste fresh . Disappointed. This was like a $20 bowl. For that price I want to be happy. When it was at the old location I went in all the time and the quality and accuracy was spot on.
I used to go to the old location on woodruff at least twice a week. When they changed locations things went downhill. I rarely write reviews unless something is consistently bad. I’ve tried multiple times now including today. I even tried a different type of smoothie to see if that helped. The smoothies aren’t good anymore . The ingredients don’t taste fresh, the smoothies are watery and bitter . This will be my last time at this location which is a shame because I loved to pop by after the gym. Also, sorry to the employee that is always there when I come but there’s zero effort at customer service either . Just a bummer .

This place was awesome before they moved locations. I’ve been a regular for about a year now, but for my orders the past couple of weeks a) the order is never ready despite the space being empty with the girl behind the counter just staring into her phone, and b) fundamental ingredients have been missing from my smoothies. Hoping I see a change soon, but I’m not going to give them many more chances honestly.
