I used to go to the old location on woodruff at least twice a week. When they changed locations things went downhill. I rarely write reviews unless something is consistently bad. I’ve tried multiple times now including today. I even tried a different type of smoothie to see if that helped. The smoothies aren’t good anymore . The ingredients don’t taste fresh, the smoothies are watery and bitter . This will be my last time at this location which is a shame because I loved to pop by after the gym. Also, sorry to the employee that is always there when I come but there’s zero effort at customer service either . Just a bummer .

This place was awesome before they moved locations. I’ve been a regular for about a year now, but for my orders the past couple of weeks a) the order is never ready despite the space being empty with the girl behind the counter just staring into her phone, and b) fundamental ingredients have been missing from my smoothies. Hoping I see a change soon, but I’m not going to give them many more chances honestly.

I really appreciate the level of service I get when visiting this location. I drive almost 30 min out of the way just to go. There is another location in Simpsonville that is closer to me, but I prefer this one, because the team is always pleasant and professional and I appreciate that.

Parking: Parking is always available.

I ordered online at 12:00 pm and i arrived at 12:15 and they said that they didn’t have my order but my friend had ordered too and sent me a picture of my receipt printing and sent it to me because she thought it was ironic that we were both there. So when i went inside they said they didn’t have my order even though i had placed it for that location and had even gotten a picture of my receipt from my friend so then they made me late and I did finally get my order but they had me waiting for 30 minutes and i didn’t even get an apology or refund. not good service. will not be returning.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews, but I was just uncomfortable with the working conditions here. I have come to Cocobowlz a couple different times & each time, there was only one employee working. One girl to take the orders then go & make the order. That doesn’t include all the prep work that needs to be done. Just seems very sketchy, & makes the wait way longer for one bowl or smoothie. Not very efficient or good for the employees. On one occasion, there were two other people in the store while I was, & the wait was over 20 minutes, just because the employee was all alone in the store. How do they go & use the restroom? What if someone comes into the store when they need to step away? That just does not seem like a good working environment, & I feel like it needs to be looked into.
I love my downtown bowl with extra almond butter and added almond flakes and I sub out my blueberries for pineapples. I’ve been coming to the five fork location for years and each experience has been awesome. Thanks ladies!!!
