I went in to eat and get a free smokes brownie. The waiter didn't know about the brownie being available now. I showed him my email. He had to go ask about it. He confirmed it was valid and brought me a free smores brownie.
Waiters should be more informed about offers that may not apply to everyone.

You can never fail at Cracker Barrel.
A very good place to get amazing food
Received my order of corn bread in a timely manner and it was delicious. Good service and very attentive. Atmosphere was great from my observation.
I want to start off by saying I have never cared for this Cracker B place .My Fiance went in for an order and the worker or manager of color was very rude ! He sat up there for almost 15 minutes waiting on an order that he was told was not ready but indeed was ready ! She came up to him rude with attitude because he was black (mind you she’s black )as if she is trying to steal or something. The nicest person he said was the Caucasian guy who brought out the food ! Food, Customer, management and atmosphere 0/10!
Waitress was very inattentive. Food was not hot. Had to get up and catch a different employee to get what I needed
Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the food was a little buttery in taste. Server Stephanie extremely thoughtful. Although her section was crowded, she gave excellent attention to my needs.
The server and the food was wonderful.
Our favorite Cracker Barrel is on Grandview, Simpsonville, SC. Great staff!!!

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Cracker Barrel!
I love this place! I only go there for breakfast and their pancakes are so good, literally melts in your mouth. I go at least 3-4 times a month.
Great place to enjoy great meal. Fast courteous service. Didn’t spend time in long line.
Daniella was our waitress she was very good and checked on us every time she was around us. We were at the Simpsonville SC location
Food was delicious. Staff was awesome. Highly recommended. Will return.
