Love this location, food, and service, except for one thing. I get that some people love it, but the volume and selection of music is off-putting. Christian music isn’t for everyone and having it absolutely blaring makes me feel a certain way in here. No thanks, I’ll go to another location.

Do not get curdside pickup!! It is much faster to go through the drive thru. They were supposed to have our food ready to bring out to us 25 min ago…and we’re still waiting

Waited 46 minutes for food on Sunday. There were other guest also getting frustrated waiting for their food. This was on a Sunday, so chalk it up to a hectic day.

In the past I have had some problems getting my order correct. Today Julia took and processed my order. I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. I hope they appreciate her, because as a business owner its hard to find help that genuinely cares and has the ability to change a customer's perspective in a positive way about an establishment.

We love this please but unfortunately we are very disappointed. I order a doble bacon cheese burger with no bun and I hit a single patty with nothing. This is not the first time it happened multiple times. I paid $16 for the attached picture with a side salad that they also got the incorrect dressing.

Food is mediocre at best but we come specifically for ice cream. Don’t think this will be a fast easy trip for family ice cream. They send EVERY CAR to park after paying and after 20 minutes of waiting for ONLY ice cream my husband went in to see what the issue was and they pull the ice cream out of a freeze already made and only 2/3 full. A joke. We won’t be back anymore because this is getting to be constant. The photos are how the ice cream looked when pulled out of the freezer. Looks like someone snacked on ours.

My husband and I went through the drive through at the simpsonville location . The food it was great, but they had forgotten my shake, and we did not notice it until we were down the road. I immediately called the place after we had returned home. We were traveling so we were not able to turn around. The manager I spoke to was very apologetic, and even mailed me a coupon for a free shake and sandwich. They were very quick, too fix, they mess up. I was very appreciative of the professional quick response of the management team.
