Love this location, food, and service, except for one thing. I get that some people love it, but the volume and selection of music is off-putting. Christian music isn’t for everyone and having it absolutely blaring makes me feel a certain way in here. No thanks, I’ll go to another location.
In the past I have had some problems getting my order correct. Today Julia took and processed my order. I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. I hope they appreciate her, because as a business owner its hard to find help that genuinely cares and has the ability to change a customer's perspective in a positive way about an establishment.
My husband and I went through the drive through at the simpsonville location . The food it was great, but they had forgotten my shake, and we did not notice it until we were down the road. I immediately called the place after we had returned home. We were traveling so we were not able to turn around. The manager I spoke to was very apologetic, and even mailed me a coupon for a free shake and sandwich. They were very quick, too fix, they mess up. I was very appreciative of the...
