I tried the berries and cream cookie… the inside tastes completely raw. I know that’s how they’re supposed to be, but it wasn’t for me. Also, they were out of a product early in the morning.

“Today I had one of the finest cheesecakes I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a lot of cheesecake. Just the right sweetness; not too sweet. The texture was perfect: light and “fluffy” - not airy like a mousse and not dense like a cheap cheesecake. Graham cracker crust was flavorful…not just a vessel for the filling. Had a great crunch and texture that complimented the cheesecake. 100% I will be reordering from Rickie.“

“I visited the Crumbl in Greenville today to purchase some cookies on my way home from dinner. I must say that I was impressed with how they managed the large crowd of guests that were waiting for orders. I counted 16-19 people waiting and there were about 6 people working. Despite the constant flow of people coming in, the staff managed to consistently satisfy orders and manage the heavy flow of traffic. No one waited a long time for their order to be prepared and the crew of workers all seemed to work well together. The facility looked to be in good condition and everyone had a cheerful attitude. The most impressive part is how delicious my cookies were!“

“It was a wonderful surprise to see a favorite treat from Japan here in Greenville, SC! The pastries are absolutely delicious and I love all of the different flavor variations. The service was a bit slow, due to there being only one employee while we were there, but they are worth the wait.“
