Ordered two pizzas. An hour later the Dominos GPS said Lexus the delivery driver was 1 minute away, and in our neighborhood. 2 minutes later we received a robot email from Dominos stating they messed up our order/delivery and sent us a free coupon. We called the store and were on hold with them for 10 minutes as they were trying to figure our situation out. They get back on the phone and tell us it would be another hour for them to remake everything and have it sent back out, so we just told them to refund and cancel our order at that point. When asked what happened to our order the worker had no response.

I love this Dominoes. Not once have they done me dirty. Pizza comes piping hot and the perfect amount of toppings and cheese. OUTSTANDING CREW!!! They must have excellent management to have such consistency in their food. I would have left a photo but I ate it. 🤣

We always have good luck with this location. Yesterday, I received the wrong pizza. I expected a runaround and a refusal to deliver the corrected pizza. In this day and age, it's so hard to get good service anywhere. I was completely shocked when they offered to deliver the right pizza. I was even more shocked when they REMADE THE WHOLE ORDER and delivered it. I never mind mistakes...it's how the mistakes are handled that is important. And this Domino's killed it. I wish more companies would follow suit!

Kevin and Rey somehow fix my order after my address got mixed up shout out to both of them for going above and beyond to make sure that their customers were taken care of. I continue to order from them and I will always order from this location because they take good care of their customers thank you Kevin and Rey at Domino’s #TeamDomino.

Have to say not impressed with our local Domino's. Pizza is so,so. Customer service is unacceptable. Screwed up my delivery which Oops, mistakes happen. The response from the manager was irritating. Loved their pizza back in Utah. Probably need to try another store.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza via the app. Was missing one topping entirely and the “extra” cheese. Been coming to this Dominos for years without issue (except delays at rush hour). The staff have always been super friendly. Emailed a complaint but unfortunately haven’t heard anything back.

Eat in! We came here as a family and were shocked how nice and clean it was and they had A+ Halloween decorations. It was a great night out and the workers were super kind. You can tell they like their job and go above and beyond.

General Manager Brooke took out order and after waiting 45 minutes we found out it was placed for the wrong address so walled about our food and found out where it was located and told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. We arrived to pick up our order and were told that it would be another 45 to an hour. When asked why we were told 20-30 minutes they said we give out number that we think it might be and get off the phone. The general manager Brooke is as standing right there and didn't say a word. We cancelled our order and when asked for a corporate number and district manager name Brooke said I'm the general manager and that was it. I can't grade the food but everything else was horrible.
