I had an amazing experience today with this dunkin! It's a rainy day and wasn't feeling the best and these girls in this location are the best they brightened my day with the best conversation and the best Peppermint Mocha hot latte!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try something hot in this cold weather!!

I'm a loyal disappointed customer but that all ends today. I come here all the time and as of lately my coffee and my service sucks. At this hour in the morning the coffee should be piping hot and coffee grinds shouldn't be floating around my cup.i get more grinds then coffee and its bitter. Im not sure what happened to the last lady in charge Melane but she gave the place a lift we all enjoyed. Its no wonder the place is so dry and dull now. I ask the girls here now about her and they say she's no longer there and was terminated i ask why they say a complaining customer. Big mistake on Dunkin. The one who claims to be manager now Melissa is all over the place acting like a chicken with her head cut off on speed ox Xanex. I told her my coffee wasn't hot enough she said we'll what do you want me to do heat it up in our imaginary microwave. Her and all the girls laughed. I will not be going to a place that publically humiliated me. I thought Dunkin was a place that was proud of the products they stand by unfortunately its not the greatest as of lately and the service here has gone down hill.

The manager at this location is atrocious. Rude, speaks rudely to customers, speaks badly about employees to customers. I frequent this location multiple times a week and I dread seeing her every time I come here. My drinks are made wrong 75% of the time and on multiple occasions I am met with an attitude by her when I ask for my drink to be made the way that I paid for it to be. She was the manager at McDonald’s… I’m sure they probably kicked her sorry butt to the curb. I would too if I was you, bad for business.

This Dunkin is by far the best in the Greenville SC area. Best customer service. Very friendly staff. Manager makes you feel welcome and the crew here always are very on top of my order. Store is always clean. My coffee always taste delicious and my food is always hot to order. Accuracy is very important to me but even during my wait the manager always speaks and talks to me and shes just a joy. I dont understand why a few poor reviews because I've never had a bad interaction and im there everyday! Same crew. Same vibe. Total awesomeness

Went here today and ordered a coffee and egg sandwich. After about 15 minutes of waiting I asked if my sandwich was being made, being it only takes 30 seconds to microwave mind you I'm also the only customer. The manger not sure what her name was. But she was a heavy set rude lady who told me patience is a virtue and also explained to me that (SHE ISNT THE ONE) as if she was threatening me not to mess with her. Well lady I'm here to tell you IM NOT THE ONE and you should have played nice.
This is the best Dunkin to go to the Manager is absolutely amazing!! Some of her morning, staff is the best!! Great job guys!!!

My coffee was so disgusting I asked them to remake they said no “because of tariffs, and everything is way to expensive to bring remaking stuff so manager cracked down on it” I was like ok?? So I paid for a second coffee. Still absolutely disgusting. It tasted like they were putting tea instead of coffee. The lady taking my order was on her phone the whole time I was putting in my order. Donuts were very stale aswell. It seems every single time I’ve come to this Dunkin specifically my order is wrong. Every other one it tastes great! 0/10 don’t recommend

Its always clean in here! The women that work here are great they always greet me with a smile. They treat you with kindness and respect. And will give awesome suggestions if you are not a big coffee drinker (like me) also try the Macha Latte with almond milk. Add caramel (4 pumps) Hazelnut shot topped with foam 😋

The young girl who took our order was rude and proceeded to take her braces rubber bands out of her mouth while talking to me then made our drinks without washing her hands. Didn’t even take a sip of it, immediately threw it in the trash. $5 wasted. Gross

I don’t like to trash talk my namesake, but this Dunkin’ has really bad and rude service. I lived in Philly à short while, so I am no stranger to DD, but this DD is so bad they don’t even ask for a tip in 2025.
Go anywhere but here, I am ashamed to share a name with this place now.
My star reasons: food 3; for the iced latte, it was good, but the drip coffee poured into a espresso cup (for an espresso order) was not, didn’t get to try the donuts cause the cashier was a jerk
