I don’t like to trash talk my namesake, but this Dunkin’ has really bad and rude service. I lived in Philly à short while, so I am no stranger to DD, but this DD is so bad they don’t even ask for a tip in 2025.
Go anywhere but here, I am ashamed to share a name with this place now.
My star reasons: food 3; for the iced latte, it was good, but the drip coffee poured into a espresso cup (for an espresso order) was not, didn’t get to try the donuts cause the cashier was a jerk

My husband’s hot coffee was anything but hot and it was missing the expresso shot that was paid for. Mine and my daughter’s coffee were made incorrectly. We ended up tossing all 5 of them after we left. The 2 associates working this evening seemed to be having issues as the young lady kept grabbing her chest violently and crying/laughing bouncing back and forth between the kitchen and counter and the young man seemed “off” too. The young lady did not speak and the young man was spaced out and more concerned about what was going everywhere else than to make our coffees. Definitely a waste of a stop and money. Would not recommend this location go a couple miles down and actually get what you pay for.

Went there on 03/25/25 the lady behind the counter extremly rude i asked for munchkins chocolate and glazed but less of chocolate ones so when i looked at them there was same amount of each girl said i supposed to have touched them so she couldn't take them back i asked for a refund when one off the employees threw 5 dollars on the counter and the new trainee thru the box of munchkins in the garbage.So needless to say i know munchkins are not 5 dollars won't be returning to this place rude with attitude and no respect for customers keep this energy going and u won't have any customers

Idk if the lady was a new manager or not but she is rude and thinks she rules the world bc she gets to boss around a few teenagers at dunking donuts lmao. Can’t wait to go back

I have been going to this dunkin for years. Now they got new management I have a Dunkin right next to my house but chose to go out my way to go to this dunkin cause I use to like the service. Today I had to repeat my order 7 time to the employee and still got my coffee wrong. Then the loud mouth manager decides to tell me if I don't like the service I can go somewhere else. Ok #1 people don't quit cause of the jobs ppl quit cause they have rude, loud mouth managers and they get treated badly #2 yes I will take my services elsewhere that will do my coffee right and not given an attitude cause I want what I paid for.

Ordered through door dash. Order on DoorDash was correct and receipt printing on the restaurant side was correct. States 1 lg HOT original blend coffee…they attached the receipt right to the top of an iced coffee….like really?🙄 Then I specifically see on the receipt where I requested NOT toasted for the croissant and lo and behold…I have a blacked item from where they freaking toasted it!!!! I did not accept it and poor dasher had to cancel the order on his end due to the store’s screw up. Never hated Dunkin so much. Between this location and the woodruff road one, their service is seriously plummeting. And I’m from the north originally where everyone loves Dunkin. Also tried calling to let them know the error and they’ve got their phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer. And no it’s not just a busy signal….

I went in yesterday morning and bought 2 chocolate chip muffins and 1 blueberry.
I got home and felt the muffins and each one was hard as a hockey puck. I should have checked before leaving.
So i drove back and told the person behind the counter and she said she was sorry and asked the manager who was nearby if the muffins were made that morning.
The manager said no, they were made the day before!! I said you put out day old food and she said yes and then told the counter person to just give me half a dozen donuts.
I said to the manager how can you sell old food and she said they were short staffed.
Won't go back there!!

Went to use a reward at the store and I asked to order a molten lava and the young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and cut me off and said the reward wasn’t for a latte and I said you didn’t let me finish and I want an ice coffee and she rolled her eyes and said I need to make up mind! I asked her if she was okay and said she needs to be in customer service mode and she said customers need to know what they want real nasty! I told her I would be reaching out to management! It seemed like she was showing off in front of another young male who was trying to calm her down and appeared to be in shock of how rude and unprofessional she was!
