Firehouse Subs Simpsonville

I got the club on a sub, and it was absolutely amazing. I have always lived Firehouse Subs, but this time the food was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly, wasn't overloaded with condiments, and the meat was juicy.

I’ve been going to firehouse subs for a long time. I just moved here and I love the one on Fairview drive in Simpsonville. Amazing food and they always have the gluten free bread. Sooo yummy!

The taste and it was free for my birthday.

The order was made just the way we asked with the deleted/added vegetables. Sandwiches were hot, tasted great and the order process was easy.

Clean spacious environment. Plenty of staff quick and efficient. A great dipper I had too!!!

I’ve gone here twice in the past 2 weeks. And everytime they are out of tea. I ask them if they have more and they say no sorry. Not offering to make more for the rest of the shift. I also went 40 minutes before closing once and they were already closing the dining room; very disrespectful. The staff is not friendly either. I love Firehouse but from now on I will be driving all the way to another location.

Very easy to order my subs on the app the way I want them, pay and pick up without any waiting! The sandwiches here are the best around!

Paid $38 and didn’t get half the food I ordered. It wasn’t busy, so it’s not like that was an excuse. Ordered a large French dip and a medium Build your own. Left my Mac and cheese and the chips in the combo out of the bag. It’s really not that hard to check the receipt before you give the food to people. Only reason I didn’t call was because I live 25 minutes away and just wanted something decent to eat, and I guess it was on me that I didn’t check the bag before I left.
