Don’t order online. Ordered biscuits and gravy and they just *forgot* the gravy. Scam

Placed an order for food , it was cold the eggs were brown the meat was cold . It was garbage! I never experienced this before and I order here all the time.

While the food was good, and customer service (front of house) was great, the service was subpar. After placing our order we had to twenty minutes for our drinks and only got them after we asked the person who brought our food out for them. We were then visited by our waitress with the drinks and didn’t see her again until the check came. No refills, no extra napkins, nothing.

While I’ve had many pleasant experiences in the past, it will likely be a while before I visit again.

One of my favorite places to eat...whether breakfast or lunch. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is excellent and the staff is awesome! God bless!!!

Our server Marissa was very peppy and seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job. That is always refreshing when you are being served at a restaurant. Food was really good and came out super fast. We frequent First Watch’s a lot and they haven’t disappointed yet. We will be back.

I've done here a few times now And cannot say enough about the food,service & atmosphere here! I want to buy one their tables! LOL...
First Watch offers a fair amount Health Conscious options that I appreciate as well. Coffee game here is serious business, I highly recommend.

I give this place a three only for a few reasons. 1.) for the quality/quantity of the food is not worth the expensive price. One plain waffle cost a little over $10 which is insane (they are not bigger than a Waffle House waffle) the shrimp and grits was cold which is no biggie but that causes the grits to get super thick and I mean they were thick to the point where you could pick the grits up with your fingers. 2.) they were running behind once I got there. My food started it will be ready at 10:55, I didn’t get my food until 11:15. 3.) this is what helped me give the three stars, the customer service was really good. They kept checking on me to make sure I was taken care of which is great for a business like this. This was my first time trying them so I can’t give them a bad review. If I ever decide to go back hopefully it’ll be better.

Walked in on Sunday June 1st around 11:15 am. Several red flags; family left without ordering, no one at the hostess stand, several tables with plates not cleared. After waiting a few minutes and observing we left.
