I can't believe I am giving this place a low rating. But it was bad the last time I went. It was so bad I trashed all of my food. And you know how pricey this place is.

Five guys is great. The food is always really good. They give you a ton of fries, but I just cannot get over the price. I don't want to spend $25 for a burger, fries, and drink for lunch when I can go to other places just as well and get it for $13. Also, the kids menue is very very expensive. So yes, give five guys a try, but know they are not affordable when it comes to a fast burger.Kid-friendliness: It is a kid friendly place, but the kids meals are very expensive. $6-8 for a hot dog.

So I ordered a blt when I received it the bacon was extremely burnt asked the cashier for more bacon but when I received it, it was burnt like the first time and they forgot to put mayo on my sandwich and the service was not the best and was refused a refund.

Not worth the money. That's it. If a family of four goes to this place, the total will be $60 WITHOUT chip.I really wonder why this company is still keeping its business in this era. Burger is OK, but is not worth the price. It will be x10 better to go to local burger restaurant run by a family. They are working for customer and happiness of family, not for MBA-holders sitting and crunching numbers in the office.$10 for just a combination of small dried meat sandwitched by wet buns with cumble of non-fresh vegitable is rip-off.I will never go to this place again. American food chain is disgusting.

First off I checked in at the pick up counter for my online order today and I went to go get ketchup and normally they will call my name when my order is ready. Well this was not the case this time, I sat there for 10 minutes only to be told when I went to ask if my order was ready that it had been sitting on the back counter the entire time!!!!! So my fries were COLD! And I didn’t not have time to request new ones as I was already running late going back to work because my order said it would be ready at 3:08pm but I wasn’t handed to me until 3:26pm!!!! The burger also had no seasoning what so ever!!! I’m very disappointed in the service I have received today as I visit at least once a week and five guys is not cheap!!!
