This location is way better than the Pelham Road store by far. Great pizza by the slice from 11-4 daily. I did not realize they don't make slices during dinner service, so be sure to order ahead and arrive with tempered expectations. Pizza is amazing, sized perfectly, great crispy crust that passes the fold test, sauce has tons of flavor and they proudly use Grande mozzarella. I love this place. It really reminds me of Famous Ray's in Time Square which is my favorite pizza in NYC. This place is Jersey Boy and Paisan approved!!

Let me tell u folks ,we had pizza from Frankie's of simpsonville last night it was best best I've had since I been in Greenville , iam a true new York person I know my pizza Frankie's pizza was AWSOME ,I recommend anyone who lives in the surrounding neighborhood or visiting please stop in and try this man pizza u will not be disappointed on the quality of his pies thanks frankie will be back again , from one new Yorker to another God bless u all and God bless America ??

Best NY style pizza in Greenville by far, and I have tried them
I accidentally ordered from the wrong store and then got lost trying to find the store that had my food. The owner was super nice and made me fresh food since my other was cold by the time I got there. He even gave me the cold food so I could heat it up later.

Doesn't taste like NY pizza at all. Not a complaint - it's pizza nonetheless.Kudos. The wings were the cooked like wings should be cooked, (all the way crispy) unlike most of the wings in the area.

I had a craving for a meatball sub and this was the spot. 5pm on Sunday and it was not at all busy. Ten minutes after ordering, I had it in my hands. Toasted and crunchy bread, melty cheese, hot meatballs and sauce. A good portion and not too expensive.The young girls who are working the register are polite and efficient. The restaurant is clean. Ordered to go “Frankie’s Special” as I am trying to find a new favorite pizza place nearby. The crust is fantastic, crispy and chewy just how I like it, the sauce could use a little more flavor, and the toppings were generous. I would come back again but the pizza could use a little more flavor for sure.
