First time here and was surprised to find it was attached to the gas station. Got the steak and scallop hibachi & cheese wontons which were hot and fresh. When I asked how long it would be they said 5 min, but it ended up taking 20 which was annoying. Food was good. Would come back.

We eat here probably 3 times (look back at my order history) a month and the food is always good.Today we went and my wife ordered steak and scallops, and there was only one scallop on the plate. I called and spoke to someone and he said he spoke to the cook and the cook said no we always put 4. Well obviously if you always put 4 I wouldn’t have called cause there would be 4.What could have been a simple mistake and I run back up there and grab the scallops has now turned into this restaurant losing my friends and families business and getting a bad review for calling me a liar.Unacceptable.
The general Taos chicken and my wife’s spring rolls were cold, this was a pick up order. The Taos chicken had the characteristics being repeated. The chicken was dry, cold and hot in the same bite. When I brought these issues to their attention they asked me to bring it back to be reheated. Don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen but it needs to improve.

Tried take out from this place tonight. It’s the epitome of “hole in the wall” Asian place… AND it’s worth every ever-lovin penny. As good as it gets, guys.
I ordered hibachi shrimp with carrots and zucchini. My carrots and zucchini were cold as if they had been sitting out for awhile. I called restaurant and informed staff and was told “ my cooks said it was hot and the cashier checked and she said it was good:” I asked how did she check with her bare hands and was informed that she looked at it and it was fresh. The food is normally fresh and hot but not this time. I will not be eating here again.
