Not bad pizza, enjoy their food.

But I’m SO TIRED OF CALLING AND BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, OR WORSE, I HANG UP TO CALL BACK AND I HAVE 28 CALLS GOING STRAIGHT TO THEIR VM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES.

Don’t bother trying to order takeout/pickup, they have no clue how to handle online/phone ordering, and I’ll just deal with the 50 other pizza joints who can do the simple task.

Mid day, not overly busy, had to interrupt ongoing conversations of the bartender /only server to place a drink order. Then again to place food order, then literally called the restaurant by phone to ask her for my check, no joke. Never again.

Dana, Alex, and Tony the owner were all amazing and welcoming!
This was our first time in here, both new to the Simpsonville/ Greenville area and Full House was on our list suggested by locals.
Great people and great food... but hang on... not just great food... BIG PORTIONS!
My fiancé and I ordered garlic knots to start, we thought little knots... nope these were 6 HUGE rolls of delicious garlicky goodness served with the best marinara sauce ever!!! It was so flavorful I could sit there and just eat the knots with the sauce. And that sauce goes on their subs and Chicken Parmesan, which I will be going back to try because I KNOW that sauce and a chicken Parm would be excellent 🤌
But then, our slices of pizza... yes you can get pizza by the slice... came in, Huge! And dang dang good!
And someone ordered a pizza... y'all, that thing was huge!
I said the whole time I was there, "They don't want you to leave hungry!"
*Listen* Some reviews said there was little servers, but ya know what, it happens. The people there work their butts off and the food is dang good! So blah to the negative people and Cheers to Full House!
We will be back and again, Thank you to everyone there that made it welcoming! Great place and so happy it's here!

The lady that handed me my food was very friendly. I think her name is Dana and she's why this a two star review rather than a one star review. For the record if you look at all my reviews it's very rare anyone gets a rating under 4 stars. I ordered baked ziti and chicken parmesan; I didn't like the pasta at all. The red sauce was pasty and not tasty. If your red sauce isn't good there's no way your pizza is good. That's coming from a native New Yorker. They did look like they had a good beer selection. If I were you that's all I'd try

Hire some more servers goddam it

Sat myself at the bar around 5:45pm. Restaurant was moderately busy, bar had 3 others seated. Did not see anyone tending bar but waited patiently as 3 different employees made eye contact with me acknowledging that I was there, but never came to take my order. After approximately 15 minutes I got up and left. I live locally and will never return to this place again.

I ordered the chicken fingers and fries. When it finally got to the table a good bit after what my friends had ordered( all of it should have been brought out at the same time). The chicken tenders look like they went to Long John Silver and brought back their fish. I told the server, and he just acted like it was nothing. I was expecting for the to take the tenders off my bill or at least a manager coming over (neither one happened). I will not be back, poor service, food, and management.

If you have a hour or more to wait for food, then this is your place. Waitress was great...

We had a group of 21 from our subdivision for our monthly dinner. Some are regulars & some newbies. The food was delicious. The service was great. Hanna did a wonderful job & knew everyone’s name. Our food orders were all on point & hot when they came out. Tony has been a longtime favorite of my family for over 20 years. Never disappoints. We will be back. As a group & on our own. We feel like a real Italian family when we’re there. Thank you so much ♥️Manga ?? DM ☺️

We are new to the area and stumbled in here one day, and now it's our favorite spot in Simpsonville!! The food is good, the service is great, and we love the patio!
