Great American Cookies

Terrible service...DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered a cake online and it looked AWFUL when I picked it up. When we expressed displeasure the only thing they said could be done was add balloons or hearts because that is ALL they know how to do. We asked for our money back and they said they couldn't refund us. So we are out 60 and had to go get another cake elsewhere.

Great place, the ice cream is amazing and the cookies are good too. Definitely worth a visit whenever you have the chance.

I placed an order for a cookie cake a week prior to my son’s graduation party. I couldn’t design the cake how I wanted with the options given to order online. I went in the store and placed my order with Dee…. Fast forward to picking up the cake this past Sunday when the store opened at 11am. Upon Dee showing me the cake I told her the cake was NOT supposed to have a diploma on it. (I only wanted my son’s name centered at the bottom of the cake) Dee’s response was…”it’s extra icing”.
As being a business owner myself, I would never allow a customer to be unsatisfied. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

This store used to be really great but it’s not anymore. The last couple times we’ve gotten cookies here they’ve been stale and not fresh at all. It’s really disappointing especially because you’re paying a pretty high price for cookies. I’ve honestly stopped coming because I know the cookies are gross. It tastes like they’ve been saving them for days instead of baking them in the morning. The two blonde haired girls that were working today were also not great. They mainly played around and didn’t really help people and when they did they only talked to each other not the customers. The one girl had put too much ice cream in the customer before me’s cup and then realized it and then took it out of the cup and put it back. It’s just frustrating to want a product and have children playing around instead. We came on 5/25 around 3:30pm.

Called to order and they refused to take my order in person or over the phone only online 🤮

Place reeks like a nasty pet store. We’ve loved the cookie cakes here for years, but this place has really went downhill. It smelled so bad that we still experienced “that” smell anytime we were in the vicinity of the cookie cake after we got it home.

I stopped here with my boy for ice cream. The gal serving us our ice cream was great, however her coworker in the back separating and weighing out the cookie dough gave me the ick. She was on her phone, in her gloves, and then with those same gloves she went back to touching the cookie dough. All I could think about were the germs and bacteria being transferred from her phone to the cookie dough. SICK!! Would not recommend going there as I’m getting unsanitary vibes

This will be my last time spending my money on any Indian own business.

Be aware if you have a child with a learning disability and they drop their ice cream they will charge you twice for a cup of ice cream and not mention it, oh and if you point it out and ask them about they will accuse YOU of dropping the ice cream and they can’t do anything for you. Worst manger and employees in here. Horrible attitude, I have no idea what they’re doing running a business. Stay away from this establishment and go to another.

They were super nice and the cookie cake was fresh and soft. Good experience for me and the family.

The girls that were here working today were so beyond rude! I ordered 3 cookies online and my 13 year old went in to get them. For whatever reason they questioned her like she was lying about having an order. After she showed them the proof, they still tried to give her the incorrect cookies. She's shy so she didn't tell me about all of this until we got home. She was polite the whole time so there was absolutely no reason to talk to he like she was stupid, or a thief. She said they were whispering to each other as she walked out the door. They were either dumb themselves, or haven't been trained properly. Either way the issues here need to be addressed. I'll make sure I don't visit this location again. I should have read the reviews first. Ugh!

I will not go back to this location. They refused to take an order over the phone and said I had to order online. When I picked it up the order is wrong. When I called up there to let them know the order was wrong the lady blamed me and said I ordered wrong. The pickup process was absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service and poor quality!
