Sausage in breakfast platter looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. Girl took one order of hash browns and divided between 2 breakfast platters. If it wasn’t for the biscuit and gravy we would have left hungry.

This place is ridiculous. The employees are literally going to bankrupt this location. 4 different times we have went by to be told they didn't have any food cooked. Twice at 9 am they said they had stopped serving breakfast and don't have any lunch ready. So...what the hell are they doing for 3 hours?

What a shame. A Hardee’s on Main Street and this place has really fallen off. No motivation, no management. I’m guessing they are only pay the staff a minimum and it shows. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Took a bit over 35 minutes to get our mobile order placed around 6 am because there was nobody inside apparently. Location very understaffed.

We went up there at 5:23am and went through the drive-thru and received zero service. We checked what time they open and it says open, they open at 5am so we tried to go in but no the doors were locked. The lights were on, there were cars there and not one person could be found. Terrible!

Ordered from this hardees online. Online said they were open. Order goes through. Went to go pick up the food & there's nobody there. Door is locked & not a SINGLE sign ANYWHERE on the door about them being closed. Go to call the cooperate number to get our money back for the order & cooperate number doesnt work so we had to email them. Don't know when to expect an email back but that was extra annoying. Idk why they left the place completely closed & didn't think to at least put up signs saying they're closed. Other people were driving around the drive thru too wondering what was going on. Idk who management is there but do better 🤦♀️.

Hardee's is the standard fast food for breakfast 👍 Something about those biscuits keep you coming back for more ✅ Folks if you haven't already tried you need to go and see for yourself 😁 Don't be late or the Lunch menu maybe started 😞
The food tasted pretty good but didn't have near enough sauce and the people were extremely ignorant. We went inside and got ourselves milkshakes, when we got to our car we wanted to get a milkshake for my grandmother. The lady told us they didn't serve milkshakes until 12 even though we just got milkshakes inside.

I went to the Simpsonville SC location on Main Street this morning and ordered a Frisco with ham, light egg and to make sure the bread was toasted brown. The employee pulled one off the rack and put it in a bag and gave it to me. I assumed that maybe they already had these special requests cooked and ready to serve. I get to work and open the sandwich to discover that the bread was NOT toasted but soaked in grease/butter and not light egg as requested. A few weeks ago I went by the same store to order a steak and cheese on a bun instead of a biscuit and was told that they can’t serve buns until lunch which I thought was ridiculous and drove away. I wanted to let management know my experience and will not be returning to any Hardee’s

The whole staff took care of my whole family as if we were family! We always enjoy there company every time! Definitely some of the greatest service we've ever experienced. Such wonderful people.
