I'm giving 1 start to service simply because of one person. Was rude to multiple customers and threw ketchup packets in my hand.not to mention took forever to take my order, wasn't listened to and ended up having to get drinks remade as well. Spoke with the manager Joey and he was AMAZING. He made sure we were taken care of properly and made sure he made it right with us as well.

The guy in the drive-thru is the rudest guy I have ever met. I am pretty friendly even in the mornings but he was rude like did not speak, basically balled up my bag of food to hand out the window, snatched my card, and had no type of polite demeanor at all. They really need to do something about this guy. I won’t be returning to this Hardee’s ever!!!

I tried to use my rewards and again the order didn’t go thru with my rewards . I’m gonna quit using Hardee’s. This ALWAYS happens!!!!! when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I asked them if they could fix it and they didn’t know anything about How to fix an Order. I like Hardees’s and I have a lot of points to use. I would like to use them, but I don’t know if I’m gonna get to. I’m really tired of going through that

Hardees' food sits in the bin getting cold. Their stores aren't always open like their schedule says. Can't depend on them.

Sausage in breakfast platter looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. Girl took one order of hash browns and divided between 2 breakfast platters. If it wasn’t for the biscuit and gravy we would have left hungry.

This Hardee’s is a joke. The people running it don’t Care the least bit. They messed up my order every other time if not more than that. I paid for A super bacon biscuit this morning and all I got was a biscuit with one piece of bacon on it the tiniest egg and a biscuit that Is broken into a bunch of little pieces.

I understand volume. Fast food just is not fast anymore. I am sitting here in the parking lot waiting on food I paid for & I wish I did not. I am in a time crunch, already late, and they could have warned me that the biscuit I wanted had to be cooked. I should have just grabbed some dubious taquitos from QT, but I truly thought biscuits would be a nice little treat. Meh. I whip out food faster and I am older than dirt, but I am sure the pay does not compensate for accelerated production.
