I'm giving 1 start to service simply because of one person. Was rude to multiple customers and threw ketchup packets in my hand.not to mention took forever to take my order, wasn't listened to and ended up having to get drinks remade as well. Spoke with the manager Joey and he was AMAZING. He made sure we were taken care of properly and made sure he made it right with us as well.

I understand volume. Fast food just is not fast anymore. I am sitting here in the parking lot waiting on food I paid for & I wish I did not. I am in a time crunch, already late, and they could have warned me that the biscuit I wanted had to be cooked. I should have just grabbed some dubious taquitos from QT, but I truly thought biscuits would be a nice little treat. Meh. I whip out food faster and I am older than dirt, but I am sure the pay does not compensate for accelerated...
