I love ihop most of the time and its my go to place to eat being pregnant right now, i love the tres leches pancakes, but today i had placed an order and my coworker went and picked it up… she and i both asked that they make sure to put extra syrup in the bag and butter and there was no syrup or butter or silverware in the bag. I got dry pancakes, no surup, none of the topping hardley that comes on the tres leches pancakes. I called multiple times and it just rings and rings and rings and nobody will answer the phone. Im so disappointed.

Our experience was horrible ☹️ brought us out the wrong order, by the time they brought it out the correct one for my husband i was almost done with mines, i put some orders to go the server forgot to put my order in. Went on a Saturday morning, there was not enough people in the front to sit us & to check us out. I will not be back.

The food is to die for and you really have to check out Rodger the
night manager / cook. He is so friendly and makes sure your order is exactly how you want
it. That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond

This was our first visit to IHOP on Fairview Ave. in Simpsonville. Our senior breakfast was nicely done and the eggs were hot. The pancakes were also good as was the bacon and sausage links. We really had no complaints and were pleasantly surprised at the nice service and tasty food. We will return to eat there. And kuddos to the kitchen staff today too!

Terrible, terrible cook. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and was sorry we did. She ordered an omelet, which she said she had better. The omelet was supposed to come with hash browns. Well, when her plate was delivered, the server said her has browns would be out as soon as the cook cooked them. Now keep in mind, there were only four other tables with customers at this time. Her hash browns finally arrived when she was about half way done with her meal. I ordered eggs, hash browns, and crispy bacon. My hash browns came with my meal, but the bacon. WOW is all I can say. I have never seen bacon cooked until it's burnt in the middle of the slice, and raw on both ends. I tried to send it back, but what the server bought back was just as bad. They took off my coffee charge to make up for the horrible bacon. The server even told us she didn't know what was going on "back there" meaning the kitchen. BTW, the hash browns aren't fresh. They come out in a block which is just fried top and bottom. Shame, normally IHOP is fairly good.

Terrible experience and we will NEVER return! Me: pancakes: fine. My wife: pancakes: burned to black; potatoes: cheese forgotten; ordered sausage - got bacon; eggs: fine. Also, I had to ask the server three times before I got the syrup I requested (he brought an extra bowl of creamer instead!); he did not write down our order and obviously did not confirm that the food he brought to our table was what we ordered; and, to top it off, the servers have to come to the cashier’s stand to take payment! We had to wait several minutes. It seems odd that the same people who deliver food to tables also have to take money. A very poorly managed place. I advise you to eat at the IHOP on Woodruff Road. The Simpsonville IHOP sucks!

Ordered the breakfast scramble and couldn't eat it. Took a couple bites and got sick and had to throw up. Told the server and the manager. Was still charged the full price. Which I paid, no problem.
