Got the ultimate cheese burger and the new big smash jack, they claim it is bigger than the Big mac and they are not lying. It was hot and juicy too. The ultimate cheese burger was bigger than the bigg mac too. Then they recommend some tacos !!! And and oreo mint shake.

The food is as good as any other Jack in the Box. The staff is very nice, but there are simply not enough folks working at any given time. My biggest issue with this location is state of the drink station and dining room. Just plain dirty, but I'm sure if they had sufficient staff that would improve.

My order was not good my fries was old and I got a grilled chicken sandwich that wasn’t cooked long enough I’m so pissed at the cook right now just a waste of time and money

The last couple times I have been, I have walked out after approximately 10 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order. Staffing continues to be an issue here.

Ugh it was my first fast food when I came to live here in 2000 for the first time everything was very economical cheap but delicious 😋 and I still eat my tacos 🌮 with pleasure my curly fries my favorites they no longer sell the sweet potato ones 🍠 fries which are delicious
I love this place and love that food is made fresh. The employees are always very kind and friendly. I rated 3 starts for atmosphere because the place does have a gloomy, depressed vibe.

Cannot comment on atmosphere because it’s drive-through only it has been that way since Covid. Now it has nothing with Covid those poor employees that work so hard cannot find help. Hence the reason why the drive-through is the only thing open Jack the tacos they used to be two for .99 cents I only wish there was one in Charleston, South Carolina😪
