Ordered 4 Jr. Jumbo Jack's got home order was all wrong. Took back and the food was cold when order was redone. The service has really gone down hill. The hamburger patty is so thin you could see through it. Dont waste your money. Will not return.

07/04/25 name on the receipt said Francis L. I ordered the t pain meal out with my wife way late and 3rd shift absolutely delivered! This is the best jack in the box I've had in years no lie. Thank you for making mine and my wife's day. Both of you obviously are great at what you do! You saved my 4th of July no lies.

My cashier was Francis L. on my receipt, however, there were two employees on the night of 07/04/2025 who helped my husband and I. I'm not sure who the other person was on third shift but, thank you guys so much! Give them a raise! They nailed it! I have never met a better third shift!

Waited 30 minutes along with a few others a guesstimate of at least $100 was lost in 30 minutes because we all walked out at the same time very very understaffed will definitely never go back we are now at BK only waited for 10 minutes and very satisfied

We went through the drive-through. Me. My husband and my son. We were ordering for 4 people plus snacks. Every time I added something, the cashier sighed. Also, all of the bread and tortillas were dry. The chicken was good, but all the bread tasted and felt left out without bags, and the fries were all crunchy, and many were too hard to eat. This was my first jack in the box experience. They don't have one where I live.
