Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Worst service and ice cream in the city! And it was $10 for 2 people! Unacceptable. There are plenty of better options close by. Pick something else!

Wonderful location and very friendly staff. It would be 5 stars but out of the two things we ordered they got one of them completely wrong. 😂🤷‍♂️ We were the only customers too!

Had a great experience at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice last Friday afternoon! The young blonde girl working was the sweetest—super friendly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The icecream is always yummy, but they repeatedly close prior to actual closing times and refuse to serve.

Delicious Italian ice! I admit, I've always been a Sunset Slush fan, but Jeremiah's wins! So many more flavors + the addition of ice cream has me sold. The service is great and they always offer my dog a pup cup when I have her with me for visits.

Update (1/1/2025):
I'm dropping my review to 3 stars. Showed up ten minutes before closing and saw two teenagers sitting inside on their phones. Signs were still outside as well as chairs. I went up to the window wanting to order and they wouldn't approach me. Just stood inside staring at me. Eventually I had to walk away. Really rude. You can at least come up to the window and tell me you're closed instead of staring at me with wild, emotionless eyes.

We love Jeremiah's, but the staff and / or management need to improve. We have been to this location several times, and it seems like they're out of flavors often. The last time we went, we paid and couldn't get all the flavors we ordered. When we asked for a refund, we couldn't get one. Our only option was to swap for available flavors. We will never return to this location.

Says they close at 9. Arrived at 8:40 and the employees were side eyeing us, she came and unlocked the window and asked “can I help you” and when we went to order she said “actually we are closed” and shut the window. I understand we were coming close to closing time but it was 20 minutes before close, not 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and not good for business…

Sunday afternoon and they’re out of chocolate and swirl, we placed our modified order for family of 5. After giving our order and paying, the girl says “oh yeah we’re out of the blue razz too” we asked for a refund and she said “well it’s tight right now and we don’t have the money” ‼️ we just paid you! She refused to give us our money back.
so we were essentially stolen from by this ice cream shop.
