So fresh, so delicious and staff is super nice! Great renovations too!!! Love the atmosphere!!!!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread!!!! Have veggie options. Think I will try the portobello mushroom swiss sub next time!

Great sub sandwiches. Place was clean and the young kids working there were courteous and working hard to get orders made.

Everything was fine, just overpriced. It's a sandwich shop. My only problem with the place is New Jersey price in SC. It would be different if it was the best sub you can get around here, but it's not... or if the service was amazing, but it's just mid. Not worth the money IMO. 2 12" subs (no drinks or chips) and a side of tuna salad was $48.10. That's crazy to me.

Food was ok but they dont fix it right in front of you like they used to. Maybe it was just what I ordered or because they were busy but they said they would call my name when it was ready. What I got wasn't as good as it used to be either. Its Jersey Mike's so I'll be back but I wasn't impressed at all with the food like I usually am.

Parking: Its a small parking lot in a small shopping center so parking is shared by 4-5 other stores on that corner. When things are busy there is no parking close.

I called in an order for pickup, the rep on the phone told me 15 min. I got there in 15 and waited another 15. They proceed to tell me they are not taking phone orders and if I want to order to get in line. I called the rep on the phone and he insists they are taking phone orders, the store says they are not… previously a huge jersey mikes guy. Never going to this location again.

I would to give a big shout out to the staff that worked last night 8/23/24. I noticed I didn't have my wallet at next stop. called them n they said Noone turned one in. I called back n asked can you look by the pop machine maybe left it by there he said sorry just cleaned around the area n nothing. I said I was parked just outside door on pop machine side. he looked out window n didn't see anything. I gave my number n not even 10 minutes later they called back n said they found it. someone went outside and looked in my parking spot n there it sat. 2 hours later still sitting there. big thank you guys who went out n looked for me. it's just a small square key chain wallet so small small small. hey guys I can't thank you enough. oh and thank you Lord for guarding it safe that not one picked it up n pocked it. have a great weekend everyone

I must say this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. First and absolute last time eating from this restaurant. Please train your employees how to properly prepare customer sandwiches. For one the bread they used was left out on the bare counter which was visibly dirty. Secondly the cashier used the same gloves she used on the cash register to make my sandwich no new gloves were used…. Germs transferred for sure. Then the board they make the sandwich on was filthy and not cleaned off. Cleanliness is important. I’m sure they wouldn’t have even eaten the sandwich themselves. To top it off the server didn’t even inform me that chips came with my order so I left the store without them not knowing. Money wasted and disappointing I was really looking forward to my sub. I just threw it away and went to subway instead.

Being gluten free jersey mikes is the one place I trust to cook my food and not cross contaminate me. They ask me questions and make sure I'm safe. Also if tastes amazing!
