Very nice staff, Made us feel warm and welcome! Came in after the snowstorm for my birthday, which was the day of the snowstorm and they gifted me my sub for free!! Shows that a good company is loyal to its customers!

Sub was amazing!!!! However when the employees are making subs the manager is standing over them correcting in front of the public. He’s very micro aggressive. This very unprofessional! Also please consider turning the music down.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up an order I placed on Uber eats. Took it home and realized it was made wrong so I returned to the store to get a new sandwich made. The manager (Ryan) was very attentive and apologitic for the mistake. The team worked together and made me a new sandwich quickly.
Ryan handled the situation great and I appreciate his level of customer service provided.

The staff was super friendly…. But my sub was not that good. The taste was off. The meat was supposed to be hot and it was cold and tasted low quality.
Great experience. Great service and great food. Ordered two subs. Both were done right, and the customer service was fantastic. Will definitely being adding this location to my go toos.

My sub was lukewarm ,the music was too loud in the bathroom and the dinning room. When the i assume manager took my order, he was letting out big sighs and rolled his eyes when I said I needed it to be gluten free bc I have an allergy. Terrible place for me and my autistic partner to have lunch👎
I used the online app and it was ready and made to perfection when I arrived. This store is clean and has a soothing ambiance. Their products are fresh and the staff was friendly. And the parking is not an issue so that’s a bonus.
