The food is always good but it’s about time for restaurants to serves their store front customers first. When my family of 6 is ordering together… we order together. Not one person at a time figuring in 6 online sandwiches in between each person. It’s just disrespectful.

It was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and Taylor was so nice and exhibited amazing customer service! I appreciated her kind and positive attitude so much, I just had to leave a review. I was also surprised at how fresh the sandwiches were. Overall, it was a very lovely experience.

Why are people so infuriating! I asked for 3 Giants, number 56, no jalapenos on any and 1 with no mushrooms. They gave me 3 regulars and used my points on that. Even though, at the register when I paid (before they even made the sandwiches) I asked to "make one of the giants with my shore points please". I was as nice as I could and even waited for the people in front of me. There were extremely nice until I voiced my problem and the answer was "my bad". I waited a sec, trying not to get upset at the person and he says "uhh... Do you...uh". I'm sorry, but I got upset and said "Nevermind. I'll take what you gave me" I wanted my shore points to be used for a giant and I didn't have time to wait for 3 more to be made. We get Jersey Mike's all the time on Fridays and eat half. The other half is lunch for Saturday. We have 4 people. I am very very upset and I'm not sure if I'm going to this location again, even though it's closest to my work. I'm not giving this a 1 star, because up until that point, customer service was AMAZING! I never felt more welcomed in a Jersey Mike's. But I am very very disappointed in how it was handled. I'm sorry to post this. I hate giving negative reviews. But this really upset me.

Beware using the app. You pay Jersey Mikes through the app but the delivery is set up through door dash. If your food doesn't arrive you can't call the store to get a refund you must spend an hour on the phone with door dash to only get door dash credit. Overall if you pay Jersey Mikes and something goes wrong they should be willing to help make it right.
Ordered two Chipotle Cheese steaks with extra meat on Nov. 26. Both were cooked to perfection. Great job.

I was very impressed with JM on my first ever visit ? I ordered a veggie sub on wheat and it was plump and tasty, even without meat. However, I thought the bread was a tad bit tough to bite into, but the sandwich was still good. My second trip drew me back for a chicken philly. Well. I asked for wheat and got white bread. I wanted cheese and got no cheese. After wrapping my sandwich, the cook realized she forgot the cheese. She opened the sandwich to see if I wanted it corrected, but, by then, I was ready to eat. So, I told her that was ok. And, again, the bread was tough to bite. I noticed that there were no combos unless you sign up to get rewards. JM is a pretty good samich shop, but on the pricey side. A regular (or 6 inch) costs about $9 and change. Add a bag of chips, a cookie, and a medium drink and the order came out to $15 and change. The green and yellow shop would have been about $5 less before tax for the same combo. Here you can actually buy a 6 inch combo for about $2-$3 less including tax. I think I'll stick with the green and yellow samich shop?

I went there for lunch today and it was amazing. I really like the look since corporate took over the location. It smells clean and it looks clean. It's very organized. I order my usual Italian sub and it was so good. The workers greeted me as soon as I walked in. They also made sure that I got everything I need. I had so many points to use and my meal came out cheaper. The sub was really good and was made with quality control in mind. I will be back.
