We started going here about 9 months ago. I have to tell you every time we've been here we've enjoyed their pizza and they're excellent customer service. I don't remember the young lady's name but today I was dealing with John who is always been so very helpful I highly recommend this place for good pizza at a fair price.

Ordered online with a 45 min delivery time. At 1 hour I called and they said it was just going in the oven. Should be to me in 20 min. At 1.5 hours i called and they said its out for delivery. No offer of a discount or partial refund. I live exactly 1.1 mile from the store. At 1hr 45 min. I called a THIRD and was told it had been delivered. I am sitting by the door. Their pizza is good but I will never order from them ever again. Oh and my refund will come in 5 -7 days.

Love this place, never had a bad experience here or at any of the other locations I’ve frequented. Amazing pizza, great salads and sides, and my favorite ranch! ( I buy it by the bottle lol ) Also the cauliflower crust is my new favorite!
Had Jet’s Pizza the first time in Cleveland Ohio. The one in Simpsonville is just as good! We had a Large Pizza, 8 PIECES, Deep dish, Pepperoni, Extra Cajun Crust. If you like spice give it a try! You will love it!

I called to confirm whether the sauce and dough were vegan, and the person who answered the phone was surprisingly rude. His initial response was, “I have no way to answer that.” When I asked if he could check with the kitchen, he did so—but only begrudgingly and in a very dismissive manner.
Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the food because the poor customer service made me decide not to place an order. First impressions matter, and this one left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
