How can a Jimmy John’s be so unbelievably slow when they market how fast they are. I’ve been in line with two cars in front of me for over 20 minutes. I just left after ordering and will not be back. This is the worst one in Greenville hands down. The one on Pelham has my sandwich before I finish paying. Every fast food place in Simpsonville is like this, terrible food and service. It’s a cold sub, you can do better. Enjoy my sub you made.

A disappointing experience. The toppings on the sandwiches were very skimpy. It was mostly just bread with a sprinkle of toppings. They were out of ham and had to substitute turkey for one sandwich. They forgot banana peppers for another sandwich and the other sandwiches were very sad looking. We spent $45 on the sandwiches and it was not worth it.

This is my favorite Quick lunch stop! The owner Jennifer is a treasure! Her service is fast, friendly, and she makes each customer feel important. Ellis and Grant are also great! My order is always fresh and I have never been disappointed. In a world of regular "To Go" food, this is the BEST!!!

When I called and complained about the sandwich and asked to see what we can do. The person that answered the phone stated. "Sorry, there is nothing I can do." Now it will be Firehouse sub that gets my business .

I come here everyday for lunch at work and its amazing! Clean, friendly people, never had an order given to me wrong. Today I went in and a sweet girl, she said her name was Aria (I hope I spelled that right, long red hair, tattoos) talked to my girlfriend about her tattoos and took time to write down her tattoo shop info for my girlfriend. 10/10 would recommend this place and would go to bat to get Aria a raise
