I went through the drive thru and after ordering was informed to park in front and they'd bring my food to me, it was about 20 minutes later that I received it.
The people weren't in any kind of hurry to get the orders out, so no wonder it was backed up.
When I finally received my food it was hot but the chicken didn't have that brown color to it, it was very pale in color, very disappointed and didn't taste right.

The tables I saw where dirty, cashier just walking around with attitude. After starting to eat, he tells us dining room is closing in 10 minutes... I told him he couldn't force us out while we were eating. I am definitely not happy with the experience I encountered tonight.

It's been a very long time since I've been able to enjoy KFC, I live in Seneca SC I quit going to that establishment. It was always stale cold chicken. Everything from here was fresh I ordered at 7pm. I decided to give this one a try. We weren't disappointed. Kudos to the staff. Thank you!

The young man whom I believe to be the manager has the natural hospitality ability. [ sorta looks like Leonardo Dicaprio ]. Please retain, train, and move him into multi-level leadership . I know the food business and you need good people. Now the meals were very good. Fresh and the receivers were very pleased. Thanks to the entire KFC Team on Fairview Simpsonville. People are our greatest asset in hospitality! Train. Train. Reward!!

My husband stopped by and got 2 meals. 1 which was 3 wings. Y’all when he got home to Greenville this was what he had… all 3 wings together was barely the same size as the biscuit. I have never gotten wings from any KFC that looked like this! That’s why I don’t like doing the drive thru. Check your food before you leave
