They are not accepting cards through the drive thru, AGAIN. I had to go inside and was disappointed with how dirty the restaurant and cook areas were. GROSS. The staff are obviously working short staffed and unable to keep up with basic cleanliness. This store needs shut down and a thorough cleaning. And hire more staff.

Please take a look at the INSIDE of this restaurant before deciding to eat there. Very UNCLEAN! Was greeted very rudely at the drive through by someone saying “we only taking cash at the window! If you paying with a card, you have to come inside!” I went inside and was very disgusted by how dirty the floors, counters and cooking area is. I can only imagine the areas that can’t be seen by the customers. I don’t know how this location passes DHEC inspections!

This my 2nd time I've pulled up to the drive through and they are saying its cash only in the drive through. This makes no sense. If the inside can ring up cards then you can put the order in on the inside register.
When I try to go in, they say the lobby is closed But the store itself is open for another hour.

They try to make no accommodation for whatever is going on with their systems for an extended time and just dont want to work.

Ordered an 8pc bucket and only received 6pcs. Not the first time I have had an issue with adequate order filling with this location. Definitely recommend driving a few extra minutes out the way to another location! Other than that the food was good.

Sorry excuse for employee's I've ever seen. Walk in no cashier in site,manager calls out to someone and says 1 minute please. After standing there for 5 minutes guy from the window comes over to take our order manager told him to go back to window. Never again they'd lose my business!!!

Good food and employees with a smile! The location needed cleaning in the dining room and some man came in and cursed at the cashier, making me feel a little uneasy. They said we could only use 1 coupon per transaction so I wonder if that's per store because we used 2 at a different location the week prior. Overall, it was good! The sweet tea was great!

Chicken was dry and probably old. Fries lacked crispiness. Macaroni was creamy and good. Cole slaw was good. About a 3 out of 5 for the meal. Pickup at Simpsonville SC restaurant.
