I went there tonight at 9pm and got a big order that was $61.32 and got short changed I gave $80 in 20s but I got short changed by $7 and I can’t prove it because the recite says exact change and that’s not true.I get it was late but please do your job right till your shifts over !!!!!!!Food was good though !

Yalls website and door says you close at 10. I pull in the parking lot. At 9 15 to see several employees standing around doing nothing. The lobby is closed and when I pull up to the drive thru. It's says we are closed. Instead of hiring lazy ppl who don't wanna work. Hire ppl that will and keep your restaurant open.

I ordered food at this location on 1/12/2024 at 7:22pm at the drive thru and the service was TERRIBLE. The associate on the drive thru headset was rude and short with the customers trying to order. No surprise when I reached the window she appeared not to really care if the order was correct or not. Of course it wasn't and we didn't find out until we reached home. Ha jokes on me. I will not go back to this location.

Did a mobile order. After arriving 10 minutes after the time it said it was ready, they hadn't even started making the food yet. Finally got the order and half of the food was missing. Chicken tastes absolutely disgusting. The skin literally fell off into a pile of mush.

Disgusting. Halfway through opening my food I noticed something moving in the mashed potatoes. It was a ROACH. I Immediately killed it and threw everything away. Do not recommend this place. If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars.

For the past 4 times that I ordered a 12 or 16 pcs family meal. The chicken was dry, flavorless and gummy. The Biscuits not fully cooked on the last order. The only thing that I don't regretted buying was the mashes potatoes and the French fries. I will not waist my money here ever again.
Everyone knows their chicken and that is not the complaint. Speed of service is terrible. I was pulling a trailer so didn't go through drive thru. My wife went in and placed a to go order. We waited almost 25 minutes after waiting several minutes to order. Normally I would not write a review about this one bad experience but this is just about every time we go over the past few months. This might be the worst I've experienced in awhile. To be fair I have walked out a couple of times. FYI.. The car that would have been in front of me in drive through still had one more car in front of them when we left. Meaning 6 cars were helped in approx 30 minutes. If you go plan on it taking way to long. I do not recommend and will not try again until I start seeing posts about it getting better. Sorry kfc, this is not acceptable.

Gave me a half open tea “gallon” (comes in a bag for some f….g reason) only to realize they didn’t close it right when I got home and had sweet tea all over my car seat. Yeah no don’t buy your food

They close early, corporate hours don't apply. No food, and one way in, and one way out, style drive though. Typical construction to keep you there as long as possible behind everyone else who got provided their meals. Just a dirty business model.
