Lauryn at the window was very rude. Terrible Fn attitude, terrible service, acted like she didn’t even want to be at work. Was trying to ask if pepperoni pizzas were ready, and she cut me off and said “ain’t nothing ready it’s a 30min wait for everything” and rolled her eyes.

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks online from the store at 641 SE Main St Simpsonville, SC. The bread sticks were very good, however, the pizza was quite the opposite. The crust was so thick you couldn't eat it and the middle of the pizza had no dough, only cheese which stuck to the box when we tried to take the slices out. This was the worst pizza I have ever had from Little Caesars. I was very disappointed. I don't think I will buy pizza from Little Caesars anymore.

My last two visits at this location were bad. 1st was they didn’t cut my pizza at all and 2nd they put pizza sauce instead of cheese sauce on my stuffed pretzel crust(which I guess wouldn’t be the worst mistake because I’m not having to literally rip pieces off the pizza just to eat it like the first time) and they literally dumped way too much salt on the pizza, to the point were it is very in edible and very hard to even stomach. I tried getting some off but it’s all stuck on the grease and literally isn’t worth it. The whole thing is going in the trash.

Usually this place has been good. I tried to call them after I placed an online order to specify light cheese light sauce. I was put on hold 10 min had to hang up and call back. The girl said they would remake it. I definitely dont think they did because it was still saucy and cheesy. And even worse when I bit into the crazy bread it was completely doughy on the inside like it hadn't been cooked through. Im surprised normally they have been good. Maybe they got new workers. Management please speak to staff about thoroughly cooking the food and making orders as requsted as well as phone time.
