The young lady that helped us went above and beyond to sanitize the blender so she could reduce any cross contamination possibilities for my friend who has a gluten allergy.

This was a big disappointment. First of all the trash needed to be taken out so the whole time while waiting in line that is all we could smell. Second of all the ice cream was some of the worst I have ever eaten. My son ordered a milkshake and it tasted like milk. It was so watery and lacked any flavor. I got a cookie surprise and the ice cream was so sweet I couldn't even taste the cookies or chocolate syrup. My husband got the mango and that tasted like pure ice and left the nastiest strangest taste in your mouth. My advice is if you want ice cream pick somewhere else, ANYWHERE else but here. DONT waste your money like we did.

We absolutely love Marble Slab and make it a point to stop by every time we’re in town. The ice cream is hands down the best at the beach, with so many flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and during our last visit, Bobby went above and beyond, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area and craving delicious ice cream, Marble Slab is a must-visit!

If I could give the service is zero stars, I would. It was that terrible. I ordered a cookie shake as an online order, added the toppings that it allowed me to on the app. And the worker had the audacity to argue that they can’t put the toppings I picked in my shake. That’s is unbelievable I paid for my order online to make my life easier to have a worker arguing with me the customer about what I chose to have in my shake. And then to make the matter worse the 2 shakes I got were bland way to much milk terrible all around. Would not recommend this location to anybody.

Owner is extremely rude. My mother ordered a birthday cake a while back and it turned out terrible. The owner was neither forgiving, nor nice and tried to blame my mother for the cake looking horrific. Terrible service

Most of my experiences here have been alright, but my husband and I went here for Ice Cream Day and did not have a good experience at all. Marble Slab was running a promotion on all their social media that if a customer showed up and ordered a small or larger size ice cream, they'd get a small ice cream for free. No mention of any coupons or app rewards or anything, you just had to show up and order at any US location. We went into this store and asked about the promotion as we ordered, and the employee insisted we had to have a paper coupon. The manager was also in the back answering phone calls and telling people they had to have a coupon. We even showed the employee the social media posts, but they refused to give us the free ice cream. Marble Slab corporate has acknowledged this problem on various social medias, and I've reached out to corporate and customer service, but after their initial response, they've consistently ghosted me.

Asked what the starting pay was and the man hesitantly said 7.25$ an hour “plus tips”. The owner takes tips, so they are paying these kids minimum wage! Completely unacceptable to be taking advantage of these young students! The ice cream was good though😋

Not actually a marble slab store! Does not take rewards from app or honor coupons. They use the name to get people in, but tricks you into ordering. I even said I am using rewards and they said nothing until after they made my order. I left them with a milkshake!!

My wife came in here and bought an icecream cake. We normally go to the downtown Greenville Marble Slab for cakes but were in the area so came here.
The cake was NOT good! It was bland and there was barely any cookie dough in the cake, just vanilla icecream. They also charge more and had the nerve to ask for a 15-20% tip, when she got the cake out of the freezer herself.
Would not recommend this location ?

I came to this location to use a reward on my Marble Slab Creamery account. The app showed this location and there was nothing on the door saying that this location doesn't accept Marble Slab Creamery rewards. So I ordered an ice cream cone and it was handed to me. I showed my app so that they could scan my reward code and was told that they don't support it at that location because of the owner's policy. I said I came in expecting to use my app reward and if that wasn't possible then I didn't want to do it and I was told I had to pay. Definitely not happy and can't recommend.

The overall customer service is fine. I’ve been here before but they NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH OR SLAB HAPPY REWARDS. I drove from Spartanburg for a birthday reward, and cash. Disappointing visit. (There is a small sign on the door about the no cash that could easily be overlooked)

PSA: This location DOES NOT ACCEPT MARBLE SLAB app Rewards; only Great American.Yesterday I went here to use my birthday coupon for marble slab but the employee said they don’t take marble slab app rewards. It was disappointing. This is what happens when you go to franchisees that make their own cringe rules.
