It’s been quite a few years since we bought a marble slab ice cream cake. We typically buy the one from downtown. Since we leave nearby woodruff rd, we decided to get one for my son’s birthday. The cake’s look was a disappointment. This isn’t our first time getting the strawberry shortcake. Usually there are fresh strawberries but this time it’s like strawberry jam. Even the picture on the website has fresh strawberries. The taste is fine but we wish the cake looked...
We absolutely love Marble Slab and make it a point to stop by every time we’re in town. The ice cream is hands down the best at the beach, with so many flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and during our last visit, Bobby went above and beyond, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area and craving delicious ice cream, Marble Slab is a must-visit!
The overall customer service is fine. I’ve been here before but they NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH OR SLAB HAPPY REWARDS. I drove from Spartanburg for a birthday reward, and cash. Disappointing visit. (There is a small sign on the door about the no cash that could easily be overlooked)
