Food was $20 dollars not complaining. Asked the worker 8 times for my food to be a certain way to prevent any problems then they still proceeded to bring me the wrong thing then when asking to get a refund they denied me just felt this was absolutely ridiculous when i asked multiple times for my order to be a certain way and they still wouldn’t even correct the order atleast

Folks I have to apologize for my last review of this restaurant. I thought that they had charged me for a extra pickle that was tiny. In fact I was wrong, after my post the Manager contacted me explaining that they in fact do not charge for extra pickle. The extra charge was for the upgrade Sandwich. I always try to express exactly what I have experience on my Reviews and when I am wrong I absolutely will repost my corrections. Please give this place a visit and see for yourself 💯

Tried to call in an order for soup but they only take card over the phone so I pulled in through the drive through and told them I wanted a soup and I had cash and that I have Covid and shouldn’t come inside. The girl at the window was super sweet and told me it was okay to come in and order…even with Covid. So I did and I got 2 soups to go but the lid wasn’t shut on the soup and it spilled all in my car. Now I still have Covid and just paid 15$ for half a bowl of soup and the rest of it is on my floor in my car. They should think about getting rid of the automatic voice message over the phone and actually answering the phone and taking a to go order.

I picked up some potatoes soup for my mom who had surgery that day. She said the soup was horrible, it tasted as if it was not cook through. The potatoes tasted raw. I’ve eaten here before and had a better experience.

The food is good. The value for the money is ok. The service is not so great. Better check your to-go order (every time) before leaving.

I want to tell you about my experience on August 24th 2025. I am an Uber Eats driver and pick up quite frequently from this location. The store is always clean and the employees are always busy. This evening I had a mistake on an order for the first time ever and I have been picking up from this location for over a year and a half. In the busyness of everything this evening and it was very busy, my order got switched with another one and I had to drive quite a long ways for the delivery and the order was the wrong order. I could have canceled the order and left it to be somebody else's problem but the lady who I was delivering to was very sweet and so I agreed to go back to the store and get her order remade or at least attempt to, and bring the order back to her. When I arrived back at the store I asked to speak with the shift manager. She come out to greet me very quickly. H
She introduced herself and set her name was Melissa and wanted to know how she could help me. Upon explaining the situation, Melissa was so understanding and very professional in trying to find a solution to the problem and agreed to remake the customers order for her without any hesitation. She was intent on providing the very best customer service experience for the lady who had ordered. This may seem like no big deal, a thing that would be normal, but I am here to tell you, as someone who picks up food from dozens and dozens of restaurants everyday, unfortunatly this is not the normal management response at other restaurants when there is a problem with an order. I would like to give a big shout out to Melissa and her staff tonight for being so customer focused and diligent about their jobs. I look forward to eating here myself soon, as well as picking up any orders that might be available for delivery, it is always a pleasant experience. I believe employees and lower management are a direct reflection of the Store Manager and with I would like to say Congratulations to Mac Jones, you are obviously leading by example.

First time here. Excellent food - outstanding French dip & Vege sandwich. Friendly prompt service too. Music was good yet quiet enough we could talk. We will return. Pleasant atmosphere & great prices.

Food was okay if all you want is a skimpy sandwich and a bag of chips. Kid's menu is horrible. Why would a deli be serving uncrustables and frozen pizza and a bag of chips for $7? And the drink isn't even included. On the plus side, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

Ordered the buffalo chicken nachos and had delivery. If I had been in the restaurant I would’ve taken them back and ordered something else. Mostly subpar chips and very little cold toppings. Was very disappointing.
