The South St. Location always puts way too much Big Mac sauce on their Big Mac's so this time I ordered it light on the Biig Mac sauce and they put even more on. It had to be on purpose because NO ONE would want that much on their burger, it was inedible! I'm done with this location!!

Why does McDonalds prevent you from ordering a small combo? I don't want a medium or large fry. I hate feeling forced into a larger combo. No wonder us Americans are all obese.

Went thru late Saturday night after coming back from Columbia. I never eat McDonald's but was wanting some French fries. Ordered 6 piece nuggets, double quarter pounder meal and a single cheeseburger for my wife. Asked for 5 sweet and sour sauces. Got home and NO SAUCE. Double quarter pounder hit the spot but my wife was disappointed in her cheeseburger because it had no cheese once we got home and the fries I wad craving her cold. -1 star for no sauces which i ordered all thru the app so I know they can see it and no cheese on a cheeseburger. -1 star for the cold fries

Ordered two items. Paid. Then was told can't. Are the drink. Pick so.ething else they say. Then they make original order. They can't explain the confusion. No apologies, just suck it i guess. Good help is hard to find.

I’m not even joking with you, the food took 20 minuets to get. It wasn’t a lot of food or anything, just a quarter pounder with cheese combo. I had another experience like this too. If I can get my food from Waffle House faster y’all have a real problem. Idk what it is but aside from a few, all the fast food restaurants in the upstate are just downright awful.

Sometimes good and fast sometimes slow and crap. Unfortunately they take your money up front and hold you hostage to the food no matter how long it takes. 1 meal sometimes take 30-45 minutes not worth the dollar spent. We go to McDonald’s certainly not for the flavor but for the hope of actual “fast food” at a kind of decent price. Who ever manages or owns this one should care more for sure. Lazy and selfish.
