Food was cold employees were unfriendly and we're not helpful would not speak loud enough for anyone to understand or hear the numbers they were calling out for the orders that were ready not only myself but another customer that had waited longer than I did both of us said we will never again set foot in that McDonald's for the high traffic the actual Diane area was very small and not only that but very sketchy surroundings understand why I was told by locals this particular McDonald's was watched by local law enforcement, and while waiting for my food to be ready notice the sign placed on the wall by McDonald's uniformed officers will receive their meals for free this was not a handwritten sign put up by employees or management but a permanent display looking like it may have been by the corporate office very official so made me very nervous to think what has happened at this particular restaurant that law enforcement officers needed to be there so much ?

This McDonald's reminded me as to why we don't eat at McDonald's. The staff does nothing but play around it took more than 25 minutes to get our food through the drive thru. These guys are a joke and this marks the end to us eating McDonald's.

J'Kai was so patient, kind, and well-mannered over the Drive-Thru speaker as we needed a moment, and then had a couple questions about the app. I have been VERY disenfranchised with my last 4 visits to other McDonald's locations, Including the lack of management'a concern when issues brought up - so that I basically vowed to never do another McD's visit again.....
BUT then my wife pulled in bc of few options left at 9.30pm. and This young man AND Adalias (sp?) will make me visit this location again. I own 3 restaurants, and these 2 young workers are exceptional and deserve to be credited. I would hire them in my restaurants any time!
just a note that our fries were not warm at all when we drive off, but these two employees service more than made up for it and I will still return because of that and still need to give this restaurant a 5-star for that alone

Ordered take out inside at the counter and waited 45 minutes. It was busy, and their soda machines were broken, so it was a bit chaotic. I was patient, but after 45minutes, I got fed up and asked where my food was. They just turned around and handed me a bag that'd been sitting right behind them. Being used to consistency with McDonalds, once I saw my burger and fries in the bag, I headed out back on the road. It was then I found that my burger and fries were stone cold, not even lukewarm. Indelibly cold, and, unfortunately, with places to be I couldn't go back and get a refund.
I can't believe I'm going to have to do a charge back for a McDonalds.

Mrs. Kay and her crew are doing an amazing job at the location across from Dominos in Simpsonville SC. The drive thru was extremely busy as well as the dine in not to mention the enormous amount of DoorDash and delivery service orders. Everyone in the establishment was working extremely hard as they worked together as a team to fulfill everyone’s order. As busy as they were each and everyone working there still had a big smile on their face and a great attitude which is rare to see these days. The restaurant as well as the bathroom was very clean which is hard to find in most fast food establishments. My food was fresh and tasted great! Every employee that passed by made sure i’d been taking care of. Keep doing amazing job I promise it’s being noticed and appreciated!
Tried to order mochas the person says we are out, we will have to reload the machine. So I'm sitting there and I finally have to ask well does that mean I'm getting the mochas or not. Why is this even a question , you are paid to do the job, if it's out fill it up and keep going . I just don't understand people not wanting to do their jo b

Found a rusty nail in my fries when ordering through DoorDash. Please be aware when ordering here or be more mindful of your sanitation!!!

Only one I have ever seen park every car. Took forever to get my food I had to go inside to get it. Why do you have two drive thrusters if you can't handle it. Very poor management and the employees are very rude I won't be back to this location.

This McDonald’s used to be the worst around but over the past year or so they’ve really stepped up their game! Fresh fries, nuggets, everything is always fresh and they’re fast AND friendly
