Second time in a row walking out of here and going next door to Chick Fil A. Ridiculously slow service. They seem to prioritize the drive thru and if that's gonna be the case close the dining room off and stop wasting people's time. Another lady was really mad too and voiced her concerns to an employee. I won't be back.

This location has the worst fries ever. They have the worst taste, some were cooked and some were undercooked and no salt. Our German Shephard will not even touch them. He will eat anything that hits the floor, but he will walk away from these fries.

Terrible McDonald's! Waited at curbside for 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and I had to call them to see why I haven't received my order. Lady said it just came through. Waited another 10 minutes and when she finally brought my order just handed it to me with no comment at all. The worse McDonald's I've been to.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's! The service is extremely slow, they seem to be always short staffed, the food never seems fresh at all. Forget about getting any orders done in a timely manner in the late afternoon or evenings. This morning I literally had to wait almost 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Ridiculous

This location has one of the best indoor playgrounds! It has three levels and great for toddlers. Service is slow, but it's ok if you're eating in for a while.

I work close by this location so I go almost every morning for breakfast before work. I go through the drive thru and I’m tired of pulling up and waiting for several min before someone “greets” me and I say that lightly bc it’s not even a greeting. I was told the girls name is Jessica that took my order this morning and it’s the same voice for the past week. There’s no “welcome to McDonald’s I will be right with you” or “welcome to McDonald’s, will you be using our mobile app…”, it’s “what would you like” with an exhausted, irritated undertone and it’s very off-putting. This girl needs extra training and constant reinforcement to nurture her customer service skills because they are seriously lacking.

it’s the only McDonald’s with a play place in the area so it’s going to be busy at dinner time. the problem is that they prioritize the drive thru over dine in. my husband ordered a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese and only got a single with no bacon and our fries were cold like they pulled them and left them sitting out while they waited for our burgers to cook.

It is raining outside and the manager on duty made a backhanded comment under her breath asking why people would get their kids out in this weather as I was walking by with my kids. I obviously heard it and was also the only person at the time with kids so I turned and told her to her face why we were out in the rain. Never got an apology nor was the comment addressed. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not return as I will not tolerate that behavior/attitude towards me and my family.

This was my 3rd time using this mcdonalds on the way home and the level of friendly is outstanding!!! Every time has been beyond fantastic and after a long night of work, it's so refreshing to encounter people like this.
