Why have a drive through if the staff ignores it? Is this a McDonald’s wide problem in the upstate?

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst McDonalds I ever been to . Every single person that works here is USELESS . Waste of time and money . The manager does nothing the workers know nothing . They don’t fix THEIR ISSUES . No curbside , no DoorDash , no nothing so if you ordered thru any of that your money is wasted and they don’t give you the food either they don’t give you a refund . They are lazy and sloppy . They are a waste of space literally . The whole crew .

Love the fact I can order from the app and have it delivered at my table. NOPE. Not delivered to my table. Manager had the nerve to call out my order twice. The fries were cold, can’t get ketchup out of the lever near the coke machine, burger looked like it was half eaten already. When you asked for ketchup it was as if I was annoying the manager on duty. She said “just a second.” Very disappointing. As I’m here there are at least 10 people waiting for their food or DoorDash orders.

Slowest McDonald’s hands down. First breakfast the other morning they literally had every waiting parking spot filled. EVERYONE! What are you doing to have all filled? Then they only bring half my order and then try to usher me off with have a good day! Had to remind them of the order. 25mins later the good day was shot! Then today a simple lunch grab and once again my scenic view for the day is the exit door. The lady brings my food then says the coffee machine is down can’t make the macchiato but says I’ll get you an iced caramel coffee? Do what? I just said “Ok” At least the food is decent when they finally get it to you. Think I’m going to move to Subway across the street. Tired of this exit door. I’m out.

Extremely slow. It would have been faster to go sit down in a Mexican restaurant order food, eat, and leave. I’ve sat here for ever waiting on two cheeseburgers meal to go.

I was in a rush to grab a quick bite to eat. So I normally don't go to this McDonald's but I thought I would give them a chance, there was nobody at the drive-thru so I ordered a Spicy McCrispy meal. It came out unusually quick and when I took a bite, the chicken itself was dry, stringy, bland and the bottom bun was burnt. My advice save your money and don't order from this place!
Most of the time the food is good, despite almost always never having salt on their fries. But what really irks me is handing drinks to us that aren't full. There will be an inch and a half of air at the top of the cups. I've had to ask them to top it off (as nicely as humanly possible) multiple times which had been met with a very nasty attitude. I simply just want to recieve what I'm paying for.
