I had a DoorDash order, when I got there it was huge mess especially with this specific manager. I didn’t get her name but she was rude to everybody there. We were told the systems went down due to an outage but when people were in line to order she told the cashier “Stop, don’t take anymore orders” and didn’t even tell people to use the kiosk. She even served this one guy the wrong order and had an attitude with him when he came back to address it. This is her in the photos

Went through the drive through for a mobile order, received my drinks and was told to park and wait on the rest. After waiting for several minutes I went inside and they argued with me that my order was a counter pickup and that’s why it wasn’t brought out. If only they knew how to read; the receipt stuck on the bag said ‘DT.’

I used to come to this McDonald's but after my last visit I will try elsewhere. They cleared my order before it was ever completed and had me wait in a parking spot. I ordered 2 happy meals and a basket of fries. I waited 20+mins for fast food. Noone asked me anything, phones were busy. I watched 10+ vehicles get their food and leave. When I asked why i didn't get my order i paid for they said they cleared my order and forgot about me. My food was not hot either.

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits meals and 1 steak bagel meal. We got 3 sausage biscuits meals which we had to pay for the extra one, all of the biscuits had steak instead of sausage. So in the end we had to pay for an extra meal which we did not pay for. Do not recommend

This place is filthy we will have to start driving to a cleaner one for me and my boys Sunday McDonald's breakfast ritchual. Urinal was not flushing full to brim . yellow jackets swarming front entrance due to soda dumped everywhere. cigars and cigarettes sitting in front of entrance . tables looked like they had either been half asses wiped or not at all . This is gross and needs fixed I will report back to this review and try this McDonald's 1 more time

absolute worst customer service ever I called the other night asking why their app only had breakfast in. They yelled at me and told me that they were gonna find me $500 for prank calling them I don’t know what their issue is, but this person should be fired. They were incredibly rude. All I was trying to do was ask a simple question. I’ll post a picture for proof that it only said breakfast last night. Unacceptable behavior.

This McDonald’s feels more like a prison yard, but dirty and somehow the food is worse. If there was an award for hiring worlds grumpiest people this morning it would have gone to this McDonald this morning.
