Update: decided to try again….and boom, they closed 90 min early on Saturday 12/27, at 12:30am. They are supposed to be open, via their hours, but the staff turns off the lights and hides in the back and rides the clock to collect a paycheck. It’s pretty sad.
And the ownership of this location must be part of a restaurant group because NONE of these negative reviews have received a response from an actual owner or authority of the business. They don’t want to resolve it, it’s just a number on a P&L sheet. Ya’ll don’t want to own a business. You want a profit margin with no work.
Your late night staff is horrendous. Either closing the store hours early regularly, or getting orders entirely wrong, or literally being too high to even process the order while you try and give it.
Food is often overcooked, fries given are old and not fresh, they dont blent mcflurries.
It’s so bizarre, idk how they have jobs.

This McDonald’s is a laughing stock. When I say that I am not joking, I have Been living in South Carolina Simpsonville/fountain Inn for My entire life. I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, but never in my own car and have not experienced problems. When coming to McDonald’s for the first time in my own car with my friends, I pulled off from the drive-through window checked my bag to see if I had the correct food and they had given me the incorrect order, I literally did not have my moneys worth. In a literal sense, they robbed me of my money. .. And this isn’t even the craziest part, when telling the lady I was missing some stuff she proceeded to walk inside after giving another customer their food and helping them she grabbed a young male probably in his mid 20s much larger than me older and probably strong I told him what was going on. He said he couldn’t do anything about it, he proceeded to “press me “for absolutely no reason, he threatened me, telling me to get out of the car and said many ridiculous things. This is completely unacceptable behavior and this McDonald’s is almost all one star reviews, I spun back through the drive Asking for a manager immediately, a random person came to the mic telling me that the manager said that I can have a good day and to leave. Not only did I get a salted by a 6 foot two large dude that probably would’ve beat my ass, I also experience, disgusting food, horrible management, and the environment and atmosphere was extremely negative and frustrating . I have been going to the McDonald’s in fountain inn and ever since I got my car, for almost 2 years now And I have never had any incorrect orders, And if I was ever missing something they would give it to me immediately no questions asked, That goes to show how incompetent this McDonald’s in Simpsonville is. I 100% believe that this McDonald’s should be shut down, ever since that day I got it all on dash cam I have been considering suing. This place needs to be shut down immediately
Update 12/04: the service has become rather disappointing after showing some real improvement. I paid over $20 all of my food to be cold. I cant even get in contact through your app to even see about a refund.
The girl has learned my face at the window and greets me with a smile every time. Amazing service on her part! 😊

Not sure about dine-in, but this spot has always come through for drive-throughs. Quick orders and turnaround. Spicy Deluxe chicken used to be the best, but last time I had it they went stingy on the sauce. Regardless, great place to pickup food quick.

Placed order with door dash driver said was told that was everything. Whoever filled my order left out 1 Grinch adult Big Mac entire meal including drink and 2 holiday pies. Manager at This McDonald's did not want to take responsibility for missing meal and other items. The is very poor service and I will contact your home office.
