the food sucks the customer service sucks, they dont have your order when you pull up to the window because they cant keep track of whose order is whose. they honestly need to shut this mcdonalds down its the same thing everytime i come here. they have everyone in the mobile pick up spots waiting on orders from the drive through

Had a horrible experience at this location. Ordered my food and didn’t realize they charged for sauce. I got to the front and asked to pay for the sauce and got yelled at for not ordering the sauce in advance. I was willing to pay for it but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional about it. Won’t go back.

I came home to search deep within the bag for these 10 piece nuggets that an employee had explained would just appear before my eyes. To my suprise this location had them secretly tucked away awaiting my return because ultimately they liked me so much, they had me waste FREE gas just so the nuggets would have their own bag and seperate ride back home without having to rest next to my vile and lowly medium fry.

Play pulled up to the window for a mobile order we ordered it before breakfast ended they did not pack it and when we got there instead of kindly explaining that all our items couldn't be made right now since it just turned lunch the lady at the window had an attitude

Looks like the owners bought a whole bunch of 5 star reviews, huh wonder why? Maybe it’s the fact that the managers are so afraid of their employees that they choose to be negligent rather than doing their jobs. You get nothing but attitude over the intercom you get even worse when you pick up your order (that’s always wrong) because everyone’s yelling at each other. The kids don’t know how to work with stress and the managers are just as bad not knowing how to work with their employees.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but after my experience at this McDonald's, I feel the need to warn others.
I visited this location recently, and from the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, things went downhill. The employees were so loud and unprofessional, it felt like I was in the middle of a party instead of a fast food restaurant. I could hear them screaming in the background while I was trying to place my order.
When I finally reached the window, I was handed an awful iced coffee and a watered-down coke, then told to park and wait for my food to be brought out. I waited a ridiculous 37 minutes before receiving my order.
To top it off, my food was inedible. The fries were cold and soggy, the Big Mac was burnt and lacked sauce, and the fish sandwich tasted like the tartar sauce had gone sour.
I called corporate to file a complaint and was promised I'd be contacted by the owner, but I'm still waiting for any follow-up.
I would not recommend this location to anyone, as it was a waste of time and money.

This McDonald’s is ghetto. The restaurant is dirty. The workers have an attitude. They almost always get your order wrong because they aren’t listening. (Even when they’re not busy). You get what you pay for and your customers are paying for their food. They deserve a staff that is friendly and professional to prepare and serve them their food. Maybe raise the wages so that people that are worth a damn want to work for you and the people who aren’t gotta go. 🤷🏽♂️

worst experience ever. Stop by early morning at the drive thru window for breakfast a few weeks back. I new it was going to be a bad experience once the (Mex)woman with an attitude approached the window for my order. Place my order... and once I got home and ready for breakfast- could not believe it.. I would not feed it to my dog(it was gross!).Took it back, talked to the manager and let her know how disgusted I was and wanted my money back and will not do busy with this Mc. ever again!
