Great place, Great hospitality. Go see Bryant, Shane, rock, and others for a great hibachi experience! Best place in simpsonville.

I have always been satisfied with Mimi steakhouse up until today. Me and my husband always come to this restaurant because of the hospitality and the wonderful customer service. But today that changed we arrived at the Simpsonville location at 1:45 for the lunch and doors were locked mind you we always come around this time and this has never happened. So i call and a guy said that they close at 2 but seat at 130 that's beyond me because I have never heard of that or was told that by the owner personally. So I am very disappointed for false advertising and the unnecessary lie. Won't be returning back.

Food was yummy today. We always ask for San but he was out today and the cook food amazing. He also lit the volcano with fire on his fingers. Hope San is doing better and back next time though. Told our cook Solomon he would have to come out and teach San to light the fire with fire in his fingers lol

Had not been to Mimi's in some time, first time I remember at this location. The food was good, portions good on veggies and rice, but the meat portions were quite a bit smaller than I remember them being in the past. I was with my daughter, and a nice family was sitting at our grill. I heard the mom ask nicely for white sauce for her young daughter as appetizers were served, but the chef made a comment about having lots of white sauce but waited several minutes before serving. Not a big deal here as I realize it may upset their routines, but if memory serves in my past visits sauces were always poured prior to any cooking. Overall I would rate it very good, but disappointed in the meat portions.

Mimi's is amazing. Personal attention from staff when they wait you. You cup never goes empty here. They fill both your belly and soul here. Beautiful decor in a quaint location. Sushi and hibachi are amazing!!! Of course it's family and date friendly. Great Japanese and other various spirits collection. Seating is immediate. Nice clean place with beautiful private bathrooms. Please visit Mimi's. Worth going again and again!

Mimi does a great job keeping the place so clean and organized near the bar area. Their sushi and hibachi foods are always the best and they cook their meats just right. Their service is always quick enough to satisfy our experience.

One of the best meals we have had in a long time. My sisters and I stopped there and enjoyed the atmosphere. The waiter was excellent. Friendly, on top of everything going on in the restaurant. If we lived around here we would definitely go back. Highly recommend Mimi's!

The staff is extremely polite and efficient. The food is delicious and in abundance. Excellent entertainment with cooking hibachi in front of you. Management and staff is very out going and helps make it a pleasant experience. Eat at the bar, dining table or hibachi table it's a great place to dine and bring your family.

Mimi's is a new favorite of mine! The bartender was very friendly and we were well taken care of. Recommend trying the Mimi's Special drink if you like rum. Food came out quickly and tasted wonderful, definitely coming back soon!

Had a blast for dinner here. The chef, Tyler, was great and made our meal an awesome experience. Portions were huge and tasted excellent. For sure coming back when in the area again.

We stood by the wait to be seated sign and were ignored until we almost walked out.

Tried for first time today for lunch... LOVE IT! Had take out but had my soup and whiskey sour inside while waiting for my food. Had a good conversation with a man at the bar. The waiter/bartender was very kind and helpful when I told him it was my first time eating here. I am definitely thinking about coming back for dinner! Thank you!

Be prepared for a long wait but it's well worth it. The food was great tasting, comparable to other Japanese restaurants that prepare the food in front of you but a smaller venue so seating is limited unless you get there early. Highly recommend the marinated steak. Yummm.

Always good food and fun experience. Only giving 4 stars because they were short staffed and service was unusually slow last visit.
